Good customer service is what keeps your customers and what brings in customer. I was here last week and the workers who work there were super attentive and helpful.I would come back to this location whenever I'm in the area again

I’ve always had good experiences here. It IS a busy store but they have always given me good customer service; whether returning an Amazon package, shipping a package or Notary services. Sometimes I can walk in and sometimes I have to wait because there are a lot of people Achaea’s of men in line but they have always been efficient and courteous.

AMAZON RETURNS BEWARE. The store employees try to sell you boxes even if you packed your returns. They will push you with lies trying to SELL you packaging. Refuse to buy any boxes or bags no matter what if you already have it packed in any way. Amazon doesn’t care.

I often visit several other UPS stores but don’t go to this location because it isn’t in my home area. I stopped here because of an eye doctor appointment nearby and then goggle mapped for an UPS otw home. Service by Tia was fantastic. She was friendly and very helpful with a package that needed a box and label. I was wearing an eye patch and Tia offered to help me out to my car. I will go out of my way to visit this store again and would actually go past another UPS store to this one if I needed assistance with anything more than an Amazon drop off.

The team at UPS Store #2181 has an excellent quality of service and a high efficiency work ethic attitude, even during the location’s peak hours. This location is always clean and the products are always available on hand when needed. This location seemed to consistently be properly staffed -which is a plus if you’re in need of witnesses for your notary needs. If you’re looking for a phenomenal mailbox experience then you have found the home for your business needs right here. Respectfully, each staff member was my favorite, there wasn’t one person that I didn’t enjoy interacting with. They go above and beyond by making it a point to establish a rapport with us customers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting as the staff members are friendly and attentive, making every visit beyond satisfactory. I have seen staff members come and go so this location must make it part of their hiring requirements to build strong teams. I moved to Charlotte in 2020 and held a spot here until I moved out of state just a few weeks ago. All of my notary, mail forwarding, and simple conveniences such as checking to see if I even had any mail to pick up, was a simple and quick phone call away. If I ever move back to Charlotte I’d open another box at this location, without hesitation. My hope is that if quality of service is important to those that are currently searching for a mailbox location that they earnestly consider the Prosperity Church Rd site in particular. I enthusiastically recommend with my Highest Regards! ☺️ ???

I usually don’t go to this ups store but now I will!!! I went in there and this lovely lady gabby helped me. Not only did she have excellent customer service she was very helpful and gave great recommendations on what I should do. I was having a really bad day and she was the sunshine to put it in the right direction.Hope y’all keep her long term!!!

BEST UPS Store in Charlotte!! Staff genuinely care about getting your parcel safely to its destination and go out of their way to help. I can't say enough good things about the AMAZING team at this UPS Store!

The manager at this store “tae” treated me with such such genuine kindness and patience. She so clearly cares about her customers, and treats you like a person rather than a stranger. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable in her store. This is the only ups store I will be using from now on.

The staff are so helpful! I have a lot of anxiety about returns, and I had a lot of things to send back. I was truly considering keeping all my purchases that didn’t work out of nervousness. But I was immediately, cheerfully helped, and never looked down at for taking a lot of time and asking a lot of questions. I’ve been back multiple times, and I always feel like the ladies there have time for me. Best experience I’ve ever had!

TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER!!! "Sierra" is a very rude young "employee" who deliberately ignores customers, then laughs at them while completing a sale.I arrived 15 minutes before closing time, and waited in line for 5 minutes. Then when I got to the front, I asked if they had envelopes, and I stepped out of line for literally 2 seconds to grab one, and Sierra then took the THREE customers who were behind me, moving to a different register, and continued to ignore me. After 10 minutes of waiting and being ignored, I finally said, "Can I please get some help? I've been standing here for 10 minutes," and she yelled at me in a nasty voice, "it's after 4:00 now!" So I said, "I've been here for 15 minutes, it's only after 4 o'clock because you took 3 people behind me." So she said she would send my package, but proceeded to laugh and roll her eyes the whole time. I asked "What are you laughing at?" and she yelled "Your behavior!"I had waited patiently for 15 minutes, did not raise my voice, did not curse, and this is how customers are treated? She then continued to laugh and make faces at her coworker throughout the transaction. So as I was leaving, I told her what I thought of HER behavior. She and her coworker then followed me to the door and screamed at me across the parking lot!And as if all that isn't bad enough, I called and spoke to the manager "Tae" and she took her employees' sides, did not apologize for their behavior, then told me she didn't have time for me, and hung up on me! I gave the manager an opportunity to listen and apologize BEFORE writing this review, but that did no good, so here it is. Before even starting to talk to Tae, I asked her for the name of the franchise owner, but she did not provide it.This is a perfect example of where we've come to as a nation--horrible behavior is now considered acceptable, even by managers, and if an employee's unbelievable and repeated rudeness finally drives a customer to say something, the customer is then blamed. What?!? That's the very definition of GASLIGHTING.Seriously, what kind of world are we living in that this is okay? Oh wait, I know! A world in which many (not all) young people were raised to believe they are entitled and there are absolutely NO consequences to their bad behavior. And in this case, Sierra will continue to believe there are no consequences because her boss is enabling her horrible behavior towards PAYING customers. CUSTOMERS: You know, those people whose money pays your wages??None of any of this would have happened if Sierra hadn't been so incredibly RUDE, IMMATURE, and INAPPROPRIATE to begin with! It is NOT acceptable to ignore customers, take them out of order, laugh at them, roll your eyes, and make side eyes at your coworker right in front of the customer. Tae, please hire some mature people who actually value their jobs and the customers who make their jobs possible. Let Sierra go abuse customers somewhere else until she finally learns the concept of consequences.Oh and I also tried calling UPS customer service, but hung up after waiting 30 minutes. Sounds like they have LOTS of complaints!
