I've had several Amazon returns that I've dropped off at this location that disappeared and were never returned to Amazon. I will only go to the other Harrisburg UPS store on School House commons from here on out. This location, Absolutely not recommended.

Cashier didn’t clearly communicate where my signature should go on my notarized document. Thankfully cashier agreed to correct at no additional charge.

This location is the worst when it comes to hours. They close early, aren’t open on days others are, and don’t adhere to the hours they have posted on their doors. Go at your own risk. They’re probably closed unless it’s 11 am.

On several occasions, my mail has NOT been put in the mailbox that I pay for. They send you an email that the mail is placed in the mailbox, then you go check it, and NOTHING is there. Then, they EXPECT for you to stand in a LONG AMAZON RETURN LINE because they NEVER DID THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. Why should I stand in a long line for small items that SHOULD HAVE been put in my PAID MAILBOX DAYS EARLIER. Lost mail and missing mail is the issue at this location. I tried to speak to the owner about this continual problem that's been going on for about 6 months , but he was a carefree jerk that didn't seem to care. He made more excuses than I've received my mail. I will not renew my services with this location and report the incident as it is unlawful.

I had an Amazon return that said customer package, which I packed the item back in the manufacturer box that it came in. I put all the stuff in and the box closed but not properly. The lady smartly said the box has to close. I told her well I don’t know how to pack it back the way they sent it but this is their box. I just said forget it I’ll take it to the one on University where they assisted and taped the box for me with no problem! It shouldn’t have been that difficult.

I arrived at the store around 7pm; the line was to the front door. Both clerks were very fast taking care of customers. The lady handling my package was polite, knowledgable and thorough.

Clean quiet store, however one associate (young white gentleman with a mustache and beard) is a bit of a jerk. I had an Amazon box and a return, when he processed the return the box want needed . He said “you can take that box with you” I asked if they had a recycle bin and he looked at me and said “no” . I thought it was strange that UPS wouldn’t take a clean cardboard box so I looked around so I , flattened the box and then just threw it in their trashcan. I think he was just being lazy.

I’d like to give a shout out to store Mgr. Nina Davis. I’ve been using this store since 2019 and I believe Nina has been there as long. Many times it’s a one person operation and Nina handles the needs of all the customers with patience and politeness. Most recently I came with returns from two different vendors that seemed like I’d have some notable out of pocket due to packaging issues. But Nina came up with a solution that was perfect and saved me money. UPS is lucky to have Nina on its Team.
