Staff is very rude and not friendly at all. They seem to be bothered by me needing assistance. When I was done the person helping me handed me the receipt and never smiled, said thank you or anything. I got complete silence. I will take my business elsewhere. Do not go to this store.

Not enough staff and extremely slow. Don’t come here unless you’re desperate. The UPS at Concord Mills is much faster and more efficient.

I dont know who is the new elderly black man that you all hired but you need to fire him, I go to this store once or twice a week and email documents and delete them right after. Today I went in to be treated by a bitter and elderly man who did not respect the fact that not everybody needs help with printing / emailing things, he refused to let me type my own personal information on the computer and look over the email before sending, so he proceeds to push me away from the computer and snatch the mouse out my hand, thank the lord I have patience and not a short temper or things would have went south. The indian manager guy there is amazing, but the elderly black man needs to go
