I wish there was another way to recognize a great delivery driver, but he found my package and delivered it at 7:30p after he already dropped off a previous package earlier in the day. He came back and gave it to me. Really good and above and beyond expectations. Don’t know his name, but “man of my word”. Thank you ?

There’s a young gentleman here that obviously hates his job. His name is Kea or something like that. The first time I went to the store he was so rude, wouldn’t even speak back to me to reply on my questions. Sean, saw his attitude and jumped in to help me and made sure to be descent and say thank you and goodbye what a customer service rep should do. Today I went back to drop off some amazon returns, I said good afternoon, he stated quiet. I said 2 times more until he looked my way pointing at the customer he was “taking care off” which was looking around the store - so just because of he was in a register waiting for his customer to come back to him “he couldn’t say Good afternoon, hi or welcome to UPS” at this point this is not about having manners or not. You have a job, which you get paid to do. If you don’t like it find another One where you can be as rude as you want or just don’t talk to people at all. And the first time I went to the store I saw him having the same attitude with another customer. Find another field to work in dude! Stop making ppls business - Unpleasant!

Rarely order anything offline because I don't care to deal with returning products. However, if I do order online and have to return, I will always try to return at UPS. Quick, easy and no need for packaging.

Made an appointment for the notary on the website for a very time sensitive document. I showed up at the time confirmed via email from UPS only for the staff to say they don’t have a notary. I asked why I was able to make an appointment and they said it’s corporate who controls that, not us.

I would not recommend this UPS location due to their poor customer service and unreliable delivery record. I paid to ship an item via UPS Next Day Air and the item was not delivered until 4 days later. I have contacted the store location as well as UPS customer service multiple times regarding a refund, and they have ignored or put off all requests. I will not be taking my business here in the future.

Made an appointment for a notary, showed up 5 minutes early and was told by tmTina she didn't know when the notary would be here and was not very concerned with the fact that I had an appointment. Another associate called the notary who is supposed to be at this location (Sabesh?)and he said he would be here in an hour and a half.So they won't notarized a paper for you without an appointment but also don't care if you have an appointment ment. Very bad customer service from both Tina and Sabesh

Guy with Curly hair said he wouldn't charge for printing paperwork then all of sudden his friend changed me then I said I thought u said no charge. They don't stick to there commentment . Lost my business thxs. Lost another dollar ?

Came into the store today to drop off my package. The store associate just pointed where he wanted me to place my box, rung in my shipment, and gave me my receipt. He did all that without speaking to me at all. That is terrible customer service!!!

Great spot if you wish to return your Amazon packages. Would rate higher, but that's honestly all I have used this for so far. Very quick service for it.

No thrills experience, but that’s what I expect from the UPS store. Thanks for making my Comcast equipment rental return smooth!
