Ryan and William are always so willing to help me. William faxed documents and it took three attempts. Ryan had all the information that I needed about my passport application. I love this location because everybody here does a fabulous job. Nick is the manager and he is pleasure to work with.

the Ballantyne East UPS Store is great - the staff are always helpful, I never have a wait, and they have everything I need in one spot. They even package things up for me, notarize documents and have a US Mail drop just for convenience. Truly a neighborhood asset.

Dropped off a packaged and asked for an express box for a UPS Express mailing I had. Manager said I had to purchase a box because UPS requires the customer to order them from UPS.. I have picked one up at many UPS stores before. Blatant cash grab to take advantage of unknowing customers. Told him I would go down the street to the other UPS store. They provided an express box with a smile. Will take my business there in the future.
