I frequent this location several times a month for returns, printing and shipping and every time is quick and pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful and their customer service is wonderful. I think the negative reviews are from people who don't understand standard UPS shipping or that things do happen out of the control of the store itself. :)

I took a birthday card to this location and ask the gentleman working there how much it would cost to mail to Cumming Georgia. He waived the letter or card and said it would require three stamps. I put three stamps on it on April 30 for it to arrive in Cumming, Georgia by May 6, my granddaughter‘s birthday to Date May 10 it still has not arrived. I called the UPS store when they open this morning and was told that they couldn’t do anything about it and that it was picked up. I find that hard to believe that it would take 10 days to arrive. She would not even check to see if by chance it got stuck in the postal basket and was not picked up. I will never mail anything at this location again.

I made an overnight purchase on February the 7th for next day delivery and it did not arrive at the destination until the 10th. I called to The UPS Store spoke with the manager and they said they filed a claim I still have not received anything back I will never use this UPS store again out of six attempts I still got the runaround not happy just recommend just send regular not overnight due to the headaches that I had just trying to get someone to make sure the claim was filed. Very disappointed

Customer service rep Mike really knows how to treat patrons! He smiles, greets you, asks about your day. It’s so refreshing in a busy world. I appreciate his attitude and his service!

They have issues reading thumb drives to print. Would not try it on another computer and it works fine on several computers at home. Wasted trip and time visiting this store. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of better experiences previously. Make sure you email yourself a copy if you visit this store.
