My wife and I love this store. The employees are always very patient with us and eager to help with our bag full of returns. Dee is always going the extra mile to help, always smiling, making it a pleasant experience everytime. Scott is another one who takes good care of us. Thank you for hard work.

Honestly, I wasn't sure how I was going to rate this store in this review. I was shipping some gifts across state to some family members during this Christmas season. I was being taken care of by the young lady who works up there. She was such a delight. I was laughing the whole time. She's the only reason this review has any stars at all. I had my shipment packaged, wrapped and ready to go prior to my arrival at UPS. I wanted to cut down the wait time and I didn't want to have to pay the obsurdly high prices they charge. More expensive than any other store in the area, even out of the area. As if we're unable to check the prices and compare. The gift I was shipping was glass, so I made sure to secure it properly while packing it. Upon the completion of the process, some man came over and saw that she was getting ready to put the label on my box, and snapped at her infront of everyone because in his opinion, he thought I should buy another box & told her that I needed to be charged for extra packaging as well. We both looked at him like, "What, why?" It's literally already in a box! This guy makes no sense. I told him It was fine the way it was and I wasn't purchasing anything extra, which you could tell visibly irritated him. I don't know if he gets commissions off the amount of boxes he sells or something, but he definitely acted like it. He even took my package, brought it back upfront and started shaking it vigorously to prove you could hear it? Or maybe out of spite? The young lady had to tell him to stop shaking the box or he was going to break it. When I found out that he was the manager, I was absolutely shocked. He was so unbelievably rude, not only towards the young lady under his employ, who frankly did an awesome job, but towards the patrons as well. Not how you run a business. I can't believe he still has a job there. I would have rated this place a -1, but the visit wouldn't have been bad had he not come over and intervened.

I have to be honest, I never really used to like coming to this UPS. They weren't really friendly, or fast at service. It has quickly become one of my favorite UPS's, and honestly the only one that I go to now. I absolutely love Dee! I'm so glad they finally got a girl working up there! Keep up the good work guys!

The only reason why I come here is because of Scott. He is very polite and doesn't harass me about taping up prepaid packages like other UPS Stores do. Give that man a raise!

I have been going to different UPS stores in ballantyne area for many years now . Unfortunately the closest store was having technical issues with computer today & i went to this store to return few items. I had to deal with this guy Naveen who is super rude and horrible in providing customer service . Will not go to this location again .

Scott and Matthew went above and beyond to ensure that my father-in-law got an important package while in Korea. They were so patient and kind, but also professional and efficient. They called to follow-up when there was a hiccup with customs - they really are the best and I can't recommend them enough.

Mr. Renji George is one of the kindest men I have ever met. He's patient & has always treated me like I'm the only one he needs to wait on. A couple of years ago we were new here & I was rattled trying to return some thing. I brought it into him and he looked at the label and smiled at me and said ma'am this is supposed to go to back through FedEx. I was turning around to do that but he said just a minute and he totally wrapped that item up in a box, handed it back to me and said go up to the FedEx office and they'll slap a label on it and you're good to go.Who does that these days! Very recently I had to ship a precious wooden urn out of state that would eventually hold my husband's cremains and I was a nervous wreck about this chest getting damaged. He double boxed that & it arrived up in Vermont perfectly safe and I will be forever thankful. I would not go anywhere elseThank you, RenjiColleen Mable

This is by far the best UPS store location I’ve ever been to! Bryan and Anthony always give me great customer service! Their prompt and friendly service is something that needs to be recognized. I always come here for all of my shipping and receiving needs because I know they go above and beyond for me every time. The staff here knows a thing or 10 about customer service! Thanks again guys, you know you’ll be seeing me again soon!

I am completely frustrated with this location. I went to this specific UPS store because my stepfather uses them often for business purposes so he thought I would be in good hands. I was moving from NC to Texas and went into this location to ship off 6 TVs. I paid $1498 for the TVs to be packaged and shipped. Scott, the store manager, handled the transaction. The first four TVs arrived with no damage at all. Take in mind I had already wrapped the TVs in bubble wrap and moving blankets. I requested that he wrap his wrapping on top of my wrapping. The first four were wrapped well and each box was loaded with plastic peanuts. However, the next day the two largest TVs arrived damaged. I initiated the claim and reached out to Scott to express my frustration. The two largest TVs were not packaged as well and had absolutely no packing peanuts in the boxes UPS website stated the whole claims process takes 8-15 days for a resolution. However, I’m on day 17 and have been told the claims were processed and approved and I am awaiting payment. Here is where my true frustration comes in. I emailed the store on 2.1.2022 inquiring about how payment would be processed considering I no longer live in NC. I received no response from my email. Then I resent the original email on 2.4.2022 hoping for an answer. Today is now 2.7.2022 and still no response. I understand that this location is a busy location but it is absolutely unprofessional to not respond to emails in a timely manner especially when there was an issue with damaged property. I feel like I’m being pushed to the side and want this issue resolved and payment issues ASAP so that I can replace the damaged TVs. I will not be recommending this location to my family and friends who still reside in the area. It’s absolutely unacceptable to allow a week to pass without addressing a customers questions and concerns. I understand that I am not their only customer but feel I could be treated with more regard especially considering it was my items that were damaged at no fault of my own!

Best UPS experience ever. The guy working (wish I knew his name) was fantastic! I went in today to get labels printed and shipped and I was in and out in minutes. I will definitely be returning to this UPS for my future shipping and printing needs. Thank you!! 10/10

Came at 3:27 and the gentleman stated they were closed.... (they close at 330 today). The door was unlocked as well.
