First of all, I want to thank TForce for keeping truckers moving by providing loads when they can. The one star is only because of this. I rarely get loads from them, but I appreciate every opportunity.
I picked up a load on November 11th around 10 a.m. As always, I try to be humble and respectful with everyone, no matter where I am or how I feel. Before arrival, I provided all the necessary information—trailer number, destination state, and everything the broker schedules in advance. They already had all this in their system.
When I got to the office, the older gentleman working there asked me for the name of the destination city. Since the name is unusual and easy to mispronounce, I tried to show it to him directly from my phone to avoid mistakes. Instead of simply confirming the information, he reacted aggressively, claimed that my attempt to show the name was “offensive,” and started raising his voice.
I stayed calm and respectful, especially considering his age, but he continued escalating the situation for no reason. It felt like he was looking for an excuse to ruin someone’s day.
This type of behavior should be addressed by TForce management. Employees who interact with drivers must be trained to communicate professionally and respectfully. One person’s attitude can damage the reputation of the whole company. I hope leadership takes this seriously and ensures that the staff representing their brand is capable of doing the job without creating unnecessary problems.

After years of dealing with unreliable trucking companies and careless drivers—including a recent horrible experience with FedEx Freight—I want to take a moment to recognize Mike Mattson for his outstanding service.
Mike stepped in at the last minute to pick up my loads at Public Storage in Cary, NC (27519) after the originally scheduled driver declined. I truly appreciate that the back-office staff took my order seriously and quickly found a more capable driver.
Mike is a professional in every sense—confident, skilled, and genuinely caring. The first thing he did was to secure my pallets of kitchen sinks using load bars and straps to prevent any movement during transit. If every driver handled cargo like Mike, we wouldn’t have suffered so many damages in our past shipments. We’ve even had to over-strengthen our packaging to survive rough handling, which causes unnecessary stress for shippers.
The TForce customer service representative also deserves credit. He provided an accurate estimated arrival time that narrowed the pickup window and saved us valuable time. He even added a note for the driver to call before leaving—both drivers followed through, which shows how well the system works.
I rarely write reviews—especially when everything goes right—but in today’s logistics world, it’s increasingly hard to find a reliable LCL trucking company. I hope this review encourages TForce to keep up the excellent work and reminds the company’s leadership to take pride in maintaining a well-managed, dependable, and customer-focused operation.

Nasty company to ship or work with they been trying to scam me and my company out of money. When the bill was paid we showed proof of payment and confirmation number still theybare playing dumb to fix their international mistakes... not to mention they try to highyack the price 2 weeks after delivery for 1000 dollars more stay away from this shaddy business.

Worst Place to Pick up a load from office is slow as a turtle, Rude with bad attitude the older white guy with grey hair has you standing in the office for over 20mins before give you any information which is like 4 words Just burning you Drive Clock good luck to other Truck Drive hauling or Delivering loads here.

Hi truckdrivers! I am a driver, I brought a load and I had a meeting scheduled for 10:00 and I arrived at 9:00, here they communicated with me very badly! At the check-in, a thin, bearded, gray-haired man was rude and my trailer was unloaded the next day! My advice to you guys, truckdrivers, do not come here! Do not bring cargo here if you do not want to be stuck here for several days! I give one star because the gray-haired old man was rude to me
