Nice location on the second floor inside the Bank of America building but they do not offer in-person identity verification for a change of address.

Had to come here since the nearest USPS to me had a line out of the building. This USPS had no line and helped people so fast, I saw several people walk in and out within minutes. The worker was very kind and friendly. Do be mindful though that they only take cash and cannot scan QR codes. Other than that, prepaid drop off and paying with cash work fine!

I have TWO lost packages over $100 dollars and they are saying it delivered but I have never had an issue with any other carrier but USPS. They refuse to help me and close out my claim I filed. It’s ridiculous! USPS is the worst out there. I will be getting a lawyer involved.

Don't waste time going here. They don't even scan QR codes or labels. Cash only. What exactly is this point of it? Add its a pain to find.

They worked late to get my package delivered with huge traffic delays that day. Was later than what the website tracking said but they got it delivered that day!

The staff are perfectly nice, but the service available at this location is extremely limited. If you have packages with paid labels, it's a useful location to drop off. Otherwise be prepared to have cash, and they cannot scan QR codes. I really wish someone would modernize this location.

Hate this place. It’s a privately owned joint and won’t modernize it’s technology or accept card.

I ordered 2 very large packages from Amazon and they were sent to USPS for final delivery but the postal carrier decided to mark them as undeliverable because the mailbox was full( they wouldn't ever fit in ANY kind of mailbox even though it was empty)and has to be picked up at the post office. Now I have to get borrow large vehicle to pick them up. Ridiculous and lazy!

Almost impossible to find as it is located inside Founder's Hall on the second floor, no self service options and difficulty parking.

Don't waste your time. This place is cash only and absolutely hidden on a second floor nook. You'll need to ask directions to even get close.
