The workers at this location, especially the workers in the back that handles incoming packages, steals the packages and they steal mail too, I have informed delivery where I can see my mail coming in before I receive it in my post office box but I never received my mail

Not sure if things have changed, I recently came here for a simple change of address and worked with a Ms. Laurie on Thursday at about 9:10am and she was great!!! She apologized for the wait, smiled and asked how I am doing. She showed great customer service kindness and professionalism. The wait was a little long and I wish they had more employees in the front but besides that. My time here went well.

I would encourage folks to use a different location. The towing service, while they have a job to do, blocked cars trying to get in and out of the lot. And the staff could be friendlier.

Absolutely no customer service or urgency. My package has been looping in Charlotte for weeks now when its supposed to be going to NY. The "supervising customer service rep," Andrea Walker, said she resolved the issue and closed my case when it is STILL looping in Charlotte... I've been calling this specific post office every day, several times a day - not one person has yet to answer (this post office was the original site). So they're telling me to call if I have any questions or concerns yet no one has answered my calls... that makes total sense. The package was extremely expensive...it was a gift for my mother's birthday. You would think something would be done by now considering I've spoken to the USPS national customer service line more than half a dozen times. Get it together please! Customers aren't just a number - some of us are delivering mail that means something...for me, its my first "big girl" gift to a mother who has sacrificed everything for me so I could have a better life than she did. So please, don't say you understand my frustration and fixed the problem when it hasn't.

3 weeks before Christmas and they have no holiday stamps, only winter wonderland. No Christmas, no Hanukah, no Eid, no Kwanzaa, etc. Same thing last year.Just order online.

I hate to say it, but this is literally the worst USPS location I’ve ever been to. Aside from the amazing fair completed young lady that works behind the counter who always strives her best to be helpful, the experience is consistently horrible. The lobby is supposed to be open 24hrs, but a couple months ago they posted a sign saying that the lobby (non-attended lobby might I add) would close daily at 6:30 PM. Countless times, including today at the current time of 3:30 PM, the lobby is CLOSED. I’ve had packages lost where the shipping confirmed delivery, but they were lost, stolen or whatever never to be found again. This is just such a poor customer experience and they wonder why people choose FedEx, UPS, DHL and more dependable carriers over them. Trips to this branch more often than not result in wasted time, money, and resources. Such a shame.

Worst post office, unprofessional and don’t follow the policies for all other post offices.Mail on Hold is always delivered! I have confirmation each time, yet mail is still delivered each day.

They delivered my package to clearly the wrong address (their description of where it was left didn’t fit my building in the slightest). Yet they closed the case and offered no refund bc they claim it was left at the right place. When you try to call, you have go through like 10 minutes or steps, then it rings to speak to an associate, and after about 15 seconds, it says no one available and hangs up. No option to wait on the line, no option leave a voicemail.
