Unreliable hours. This location claims to close at 3 PM on Saturdays, but when I arrived at 2:43 PM, a woman behind the closed gate told me they were closed because she was on her lunch break—17 minutes before closing time. Very disappointing, especially after making the drive over.

Would rate negative stars if possible. Usually don’t leave reviews but the Asian woman there (didn’t get name) when I showed up during store hours blatantly refused to help me mail a package since “she needed to go grab lunch.”

New black female employee tried to make me feel stupid when mailing a package. She is not friendly. Shouldn't you want to make neighbors feel welcome? Same slow & 1 person service though.

There’s nothing wrong with this post office other than the fact that it is in a black spot for cell phone signal so if you have to get QR codes and our shipping some orders, it’s best to have screenshots and not have to transfer money from one account to the other or look for QR codes while in the lobby.

The Asian lady at the front desk is so rude and demeaning.
I can understand you may not like your job, but don't take it out on the customer. I will not go back there and will certainly take my money elsewhere.
