Shut and locked the door early. If you close at 5pm, close at 5pm and not earlier. No sign posted.
Update: it's the next day and they closed early again. At least they put up a sign this time.

Is 0 stars possible? So frustrating. Been missing a package for days now. Drive 45 mins to this location with my ticket only to find the doors locked at 3:55. Clearly posted on front door that they are open till 5:00. Just a rather rude lady telling me they are closed. Not “I’m so sorry sir, we had to close early because …” Just a rude lady that says “we closed” and turning her back.
Good thing these guys get my tax dollars. Otherwise they’d never make it in the real world.

The delivery man was disrespectful was rude telling me was going come back to my house and that this was his route that I’m broke and he on the clock got out the truck got back in got out again walked in my moms yard after he delivered the mail just to get back in and talk threw the window

They worked with me to get my package loaded in my car for me when it was not delivered. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I really wished i would have reviewd these reviews before doing business here.The unprofessionalism and unknowledgeable people they have working in this federal position is very concerning.
I purchased a PO box at this location in December 2024. I haven't been receiving mail the entire time. I've called over 100 times during the 3months and due to my schedule I never had time to go up there to speak to someone during there business hours. After receiving a upcoming bill to be recharge for another 3 months I made time to go talk to someone face to face. Unbeknownst to me one of the supervisor there said my box was never unblock so that I could have access to it, so she took care of that issue, so I then said that I was about to be charged for another three months and never had access the first three months, shouldn't that be pro rated or something? And she said that she would reach out to her manager. I've been up there 2 more times since then. Talking to the same supervisor I can never get a hold of the manager. Until this last recent time that same supervisor was able to get the manager on her personal phone and had her on speakerphone in front of me and the manager saying that she would call me and reach out to me. But there is nothing that she can do I have yet to hear from that manager still, and i've been calling her and opening up cases to get this resolved because again, I shouldn't be recharged for something I never had access to.

I am writing this review for those who might be trembling in fear after reading the reviews of this place. Before I went to pick up my package, I was also very worried and scared. There were so many terrible reviews that I imagined the worst possible scenario before even going. However, the staff here was very kind and professional, and everything went smoothly. Don’t worry too much.

I had a PO Box at this location for years. The service was CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE! After I decided to not accept it any longer, I stopped the PO Box service.
Last Saturday, 12/14/24, I came to this location because a vendor I've conducted business with in the past had shipped a package to this old PO Box. Aside from mailing a package to Raleigh with an expected delivery date of 12/17/24 that's still not been delivered, I spoke to the same clerk I just had an unpleasant experience with.
I gave her the tracking number for the package as the sender confirmed that the package hadn't been returned to her and per her research, the package was still at this location available for pickup. The clerk adamantly told me that the package had been returned to Baltimore though usps.com said that the package was still here. She didn't check in the back nor did she ask me to check at the blue door. She just blew me off the same way I asked if she had Toni Morrison stamps & she handed me Underground Railroad stamps, making a comment that she was closing at 4 pm; it was no later than 3:50, & my receipt confirms this.
I was here today only because they stayed open later than the post office closest to me. Seeing how she was engaging with a customer ahead of me in line, something told me to check my tracking number again. The package was JUST returned to sender on Thursday, 12/19/24. When I told this to the clerk as I was shipping an envelope, she said nothing. No apology. Just nonchalantly handed me my receipt & mentioned that the tracking number was on the receipt.
Someone higher than the Postmaster for this location needs to get her asap & clean house from top to bottom! The service has been horrible for YEARS with the exception of 1, 2 people at the most. How they are allowed to continue this long is truly diabolical!

Says they open at 8 am. It’s 8:15 and they still don’t have the front office open.
