This is the worse USPS that I have ever been in. I rang the bell several times and no one comes to the counter. And when they do, they are not friendly. The only time was when there was a lady blocking the door asking you to give a review and would watch you to make sure it was a “good one”. The one and only time anyone was nice! Avoid it if at all possible!

There’s always a customer service lady in this location that is the rudest human being I have ever seen in my life. I have to come to this location every month to send my taxes and ALWAYS always the same thing with her. I’ve seen her mistreat customers in front of me and today I’ve had enough of her. I understand your life can be miserable and you probably hate this job but you don’t have to make it miserable for everybody else around you. Disgusting human being and lack of management. But what can you expect from a government owned facility that underpays and overworks people. Terrible… I will start going somewhere else bc I don’t even feel like seeing her face to ruin my day… yes, THAT BAD.

I have filed complaint after complaint after complaint for the service we get from this branch, as sadly we fall under their service area. Over the last 6 months we have had to report not getting mail 5 times, where we have gone over a week without mail service for no reason at all (we have USPS informed delivery so we know we should be getting mail but they just don’t bring it). Their carriers also will put into the system blatant lies in regards to packages to avoid having to deliver - they have noted animal interference - there is no animal at our home let alone the front yard. They have claimed the address on packages is incorrect - after jumping through hoops to get said package we can see the address was correct, so just another lie.I try to call this branch to speak with someone there. NEVER ONCE will they answer the phone, as many reviews also state. So we then are left to have to go in person, ask why we aren’t getting our mail, just to be looked at stupid and told that they don’t know and then MAGICALLY we get mail delivery started back up the next day. This is INSANE and quite literally illegal. As I’ve already filed complaints with the the Office of the Inspector General (not keeping my hopes up) I’ve now turned to Google to at least add in to all the other 1 star reviews here to hope something is done.

The worse!!.I am missing 2 packages. Said it was delivered but nothing was there. The USPS delivery guy rarely if ever gets out of the truck to put anything remotely close to the door, yet it says both packages were left by the door.Nothing in the mailbox either.I am assuming the packages were delivered to the wrong address or the driver just kept them in the truck. Crooks and unreliable. They need to revamp the entire building and replace them with proficient people.I am also convince they go through Christmas mail looking for opportunities. Second year in a row I received an envelope ripped open either from the side or torn up. This is no accident but they are looking for the contents between the xmas cards. They need to investigate this place!! immediately.

I wish these reviews would have zero as an option for stars and this post office would get it. Sonia at the front counter has to be the nastiest, most bitter, unprofessional, and incompetent worker I have ever met, and I used the term worker very loosely. Her attitude and deliberate effort to be as dismissive and slow as possible make me wonder how people like her are even considered to work with the public. I cringe every time I drop mail here fearing what she will do to my packages. Unfortunately because of my day job location, I have no other option to offer shipping to my customers first thing in the morning other than going to this post office. I hate every bit of this.I will be contacting the postmaster regarding this sad excuse of an employee. Hopefully that will change her disgusting attitude towards all of humanity.

My experience with this location was nothing but positive! My local carrier was helpful and provided me all the info I needed to obtain my package directly in hand from the counter before I headed out of town. The counter agent was pleasant and diligent in locating my package through the sorting in the back after providing her all the info she requested.Thank you to you both, and Happy Holidays! ☺️

If I could give zero stars, I would. Saturday 11/4/23 around 11:00 am, I stood at an empty counter for over 10 minutes. There was a customer who had already been waited on and she told me there were 2 employees who had been working the counter. They were looking for some mail for her. I rang the bell and waited several minutes. I rang the bell again, waited several more minutes. I rang the bell again. This time, I kept ringing it. A few minutes later, 2 females come out. One of them is looking at me like I was crazy. There was no greeting, no apology for keeping me and the other customers waiting. They proceed to finish helping the customer who had been waiting. Why it took 2 of them to help her, I will never know. Then I started to hand my package to the one who had given me the nasty look earlier and she tells me she's "not ready yet". The 2nd worker starts to help the people behind me and I let her know I had been waiting longer than them and asked her to help me first. She took the package, scanned it, then gave me a receipt. Again, no "thank you", no apology for the terrible customer service. I was pretty pissed. Of course, this review won't achieve anything. They will both still have their jobs no matter how lousy they are at their jobs.

Awful and rude. No one in the whole place and the lady told me she wouldn’t help me until she called on me. Then refused to give me a tracking receipt. Told me to take a pic of my own package but that I couldn’t do it inside of the post office and had to go outside because that is their policy.

The mail carriers are the worst in the history of the world. Actually this USPS is the worst in the history of the world. I’m surprised that it has not made the Guinness Book of World Records.I cannot count on hands and toes how many times I have had packages that do not fit, stuffed into my mailbox instead of on my porch. Leaving my mailbox open, with a package sticking out. Sometimes rubber-banned on the outside of the mailbox. And the times that my packages were thrown in my yard and scanned as delivered in mailbox. This is if the mail even comes at all. Usually our mail and important packages are delivered to our neighbors. The mail carriers are lazy idiots and I nearly pass out every time I actually get mail when I’m supposed to, how I’m supposed to.I know that this review is harsh, but if you’ve ever had packages with water damage because of being left out on the lawn in the rain or if you’ve had very important mail stolen, delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all, you would understand.Updated: The second picture is from today Sept. 30, 2023. Just the laziest people in the world. Hire me. I could do a better job.Update: Latest picture Oct. 4, 2023Update: Latest picture 12:30 Oct 7, 2023It’s become an everyday occurrence. Will be reaching out to someone in a higher position. Collecting evidence.

Hidden post office near the airport. Much longer weekend hours than most post offices in the area. This is not a fancy post office, and it truly looks like it might be closed, but it is rarely crowded and it meets the needs of buying stamps if you are ok this area.

Wow. I guess I should’ve read the reviews before stopping by to mail a package and grab a couple mailers. The previous customers are right, there should be zero stars issued. Two women working the counter, ZERO customers, and nobody was on the phone. First woman: “you’re mailing that out? She’s gonna have to help you.” Second lady: “I’m not ready, you’ll have to step behind the yellow line.”That’s fine. I complied and was patient. Meanwhile, first woman starts chatting on her cell phone. Second woman never once gets out of her chair and acts annoyed because she can’t properly scan the QR code from a seated position. She sarcastically announced, “it’s gonna be a great day.” Why work in customer service if you’re going to be rude and miserable? If you’re physically not able to manage the responsibilities then do something else. There are hundreds of thousands of other options. I’m thinking they LIKE it this way. If they were friendly, people would come back. They clearly don’t like people and enjoy their cake job chasing people off. USPS is desperate, and they’ll continue to deteriorate as consumers seek out other options.
