If I could give this post office less stars I would. Easily the worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of requiring service from. The staff is lazy and slow moving. Offer little to no help when it comes to mailing your packages in a quick and efficient manner. Avoid at all costs. Unless you absolutely have to. I would rather deliver the mail myself then return to this abysmal office.

The worker's name is Yasmine, was talking with a customer long time. There were other customers in the line. She seems not care about that. She kept talking on and on. when finally her friend like customer left, then came to our turn, She became very bossy and unfriendly. That happened on 7/12/2025.She was the only person working at the point. We normally go to different Post Offices, and they are always very professional and show great services. We were very disappointed by her and this location.

They should update their hours on Google, as they close from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. for lunch. That doesn't make sense to me.

I love this post office! It gets busy but they are always willing to answer my questions and help when needed. I go there almost daily for work and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

NEVER OPEN ON TIME.
We have a mailbox here for our business, that we only check when in town. So we’ll work a visit in to check our mail, only to find out that the post office is NEVER open the hours it’s supposed to be. It opens late (if at all) and closes early

I've had nice experiences at the Starmount before now. But today (04-29-2025) I arrived at 4:15 PM to find the front door locked. I stayed around for about ten minutes, expecting that someone might unlock the door and and let customers inside. Several people who arrived later had the same experience, even though the stated closing time is 5:00 PM, and people rent mailboxes there. And I am told not to trust the outside dropbox.
This location seems to be a victim of mass closings. It is sad to read recent posts and learn that things have gone downhill steadily over the past few months.

They open and close at random times and never actually follow their stated hours on the window. Completely unreliable. I don’t know what their deal is.

Says they open at 8am. No one was even there by 810am. This place is unreliable at all times of the day reading through other reviews.

This is a great little post office! But it does not stick to the posted hours and the opening times seem to vary randomly. The opening time is posted as 8am but sometimes it is closer to 9am (posted in December 2024). Update April 2025 still not open when posted hours say it should open.

I arrived here around 12:40 pm, a sign on the door says it's closed for lunch but no return time, waited until 2:05 pm for more than one hr

Have not received mail in more than a week in my PO Box mentioned it to clerk who replied they have not received any mail in 4 days what can you tell me about recourse. Her reply there is nothing she can do and nothing I can do Sad state of affairs. ☹️☹️ Helpless hard to stay hopeful.
