Complete imbeciles, I've been having issues with this particular location for years. My recent experience which was last week was horrible, I had a package coming from Amazon usually when the package is too big for the locker at the residents mailbox they'll bring it to your door, instead I was left a note in my box, so I requested to go pick it up. The next day I went to go pick it up & what do you know my package was with the mailman, to add injury to insult the foreign guy had the audacity to try to go back & forth with me saying I chose redeliver I said you have no choice but to choose redeliver but what exactly does it says beside it (customer pick-up) however I ended up getting my package & everything was good. Ok moving along today I had another package that was already a day late saying it was out for delivery, at the last minute at around or a little after 5p.m I get a text saying my package is ready for pick-up, that's not even the package I scheduled the pick up for. It's no use of calling up there because their lazy azz never answer the phone, I'm not even understanding how they're still in business & honestly I think 1 star is a bit much to give them. Something really need to be done about this USPS cause it seems like by this time they just hire anybody now

This post office has horrible customer service. Every interaction over the last 3yrs has been very frustrating from carrier to management. I have just purchased a mailbox in another zone in order to avoid all contact with this center.

I am wondering if there’s a new mail carrier at my residence? This is the second time He or She is misplacing mine and my children’s mail. it happened 2 weeks ago and now this week. I keep track of my mail through my Informed Delivery account. NOT OKAY!!!!

Always problems. Was waiting for package to arrive. At 7:02pm receiving a notification, that delivery attempted but there was animal obstruction! The truth: there are no animals walking on the street and/or near my mailbox or anywhere on my property that mailman could see. I have seen a red cardinal bird on the tree, that’s about it. But the actual delivery was never attempted. And it’s not the first time.

Not sure why this place has mostly terrible reviews. I'm always helped by a professional man and haven't had any problems with service in the past. Lines aren't bad most of the time and they get the job done!

Might take time to be served. They need to leave all their mailing supplies out (it's with the gift items)and not leave the gate closed

They claimed to have tried to deliver a package but didn't leave it due to lack of security but claimed to have left a note, neither is true since we were at Home (both car by garage) & got security Cam's (even sign's saying we got Cameras) No one ever should up. By chance I found out I needed to reschedule a delivery and did so for the next day. 3 days AFTER I am here at the Post Office, having to pick up my shelf because despite a Manager claiming I get it by the end of day it still wasn't there.FRONT DESK cuts me off when I try to speak to a Manager then gives me a wrong package (mine but not one I been waiting for) even tho I had to give her the tracking 2x and when I informed her about speaking to a Manager anyway I heard laughing in the back and I been waiting ever since (10+ min by now) I suspect they want to let me wait till I leave. No big deal, every Manager got a Manager, I just follow chain of command.I should charge $25 giving I did their lazy behinds job for 2 packages and it only took me 30min, not 5 days.

Absolutely terrible. Deliverers put incorrect mail in mailboxes all the time, and won't even let you watch them to make sure they don't give you someone else's mail. If you give me somebody else's mail, you bet I'll be there to make sure it won't happen again. I had 2 letters postmarked for JUNE & JULY that were not delivered UNTIL DECEMBER!!! That is beyond unacceptable, this location needs a complete overhaul. At least an eye exam for the deliverers putting the wrong mail in other mailboxes.

CUSTOMER BEWARE: THESE FOLKS HAVE A NICE SCAM GOING ON. THEY ARE CHARGING EVERYONE A LATE FEE FOR BOX RENTAL. THEY USE THE EXCUSE THAT THE EMPLOYEE WHO NORMALLY SENDS OUT THE BOX RENEWAL NOTIFICATIONS IS RETIRED. NEVER EXPECT TO GET A NOTIFICATION - EXPECT REFUSAL TO RENEW AT THE WINDOW - THEN YOU GET SLAPPED WITH A $25 LATE FEE. CONGRESSWOMAN WILL BE NOTIFIED. SCAM!!!!!!!

I was expecting a package. I received a notification from the merchant that USPS didn't have access. I looked at my camera & saw that the mail truck never stopped at my home. They only drove by my home. I had to go to the post office the following morning to retrieve my package. There was nothing obstructing my mailbox, nor was there anything impeding their ability from dropping the package off at my door.Per the merchant USPS was supposed to leave a notification but that wasn't done. I was also told they were supposed to make a 2nd attempt at delivery but the morning I went to pick up the package I was told there would not have been a re-delivery attempt. I'm concerned b/c this has happened b/f.

IF I get my mail it's 5 days late. Most of the time when my regular mail carrier is gone, the mail doesn't run. DO BETTER.

They have automatic doors so don't have to touch them and it's airconditioned.
