This post office, hands down, has the best customer service of any post office I've been to in the country. Nadirah is amazing!!! She was attentive, efficient, and had an excellent attitude. My fiancé and I came in with 22 large items to ship, which we understand can be stressful, and she did not hesitate to help us. Prior to coming to this location, we went to the Harrisburg location and were met with two very rude employees who had terrible attitudes and a lazy work ethic. Nadirah was a breath of fresh air for us and helped us through the process swiftly and with a smile on her face. Additionally, our items were being shipped to benefit the Alzheimer's Association, and help toward a great cause, which Nadirah and her coworker acknowledged. What a wonderful employee to have! This location is incredibly lucky to have the staff they do. Thank you so much for not only providing good customer service, but also helping us to help the Alzheimer's Association.

Riff raff front desk lady. Who has the patience of a toddler. Rude and can’t even help someone for 10 seconds. Who even hired her. Dealing with important documents and can’t even have enough patience to service me. Literally she needs a replacement clearly can’t even do her job. Rude.

There are no boxes large enough to drop off self labeled packages. Lines consistently have 10-15 people in it, not enough staff or drop boxes to do things yourself.

It doesn't matter when you show up. I've been here for 2 hours and get skipped by some people with the appointment time as me. The staff has 10 minutes of work and takes an hour to do it. They constantly walk around and pretend to work. Other employees have clocked out for the day, or come in to talk with the ones assisting customers bothering them from their job. It's a joke, like every government run facility. i regret not paying the extra money to have gone through an assistant like fed ex.

The mailman who attempted to deliver my packages waited next to my mailbox for approximately 10 minutes while he was recording my front yard the whole time with his phone ( why was he recording???, weird & creepy). I went here to pick up the packages and found that the edges were opened. I believe it was the mailman who did it. You'd have to try hard to open sealed packages. It has been over a year since but I'll never forget how horrible and unprofessional this was ! I avoid this location like the plague.

Don’t bother scheduling a passport appointment here. 1:30 appointment and still yet to be seen, why schedule appointments if they’re not going to follow the time slots.

It’s hard to decide which place is worse, this passport facility or the DMV, kind of feels like the employees were picked up from the street in the morning and made to work here against their will. If I could give a negative rating I would.

I ain’t vote for him but I hope Trump cleans house on all you people who can’t deliver mail to save your life. Credit cards, refund checks, physical items all get returned simply because they’re too lazy to drop mail off at my door. Mind you, every other delivery service gets it right, EVEN FEDEX. I hope DOGE come for yall first!!!!!

I had put the wrong zip down for my address, SUPERVISOR by the name BERNARD, took the time to help me. He was able to track my package down which it was still at their location then took the time to dig and look for my package. This was my Wife's birthday present, so it was very important to me. He found my package verified i was the recipient then gave me my package. Top notch , THANK YOU SO MUCH BERNARD, hard to come by good customer service these days.
