I received very excellent service at this location. I had a package that was about to be returned to sender, that I was worried was not going to make it to me. I was helped at the front desk by a very kind person and my issue was solved that morning.

If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would. I truly believe they stole one of my packages and have yet to “call me back when they check on it”. How do you put in my envelope mail in my mailbox but somehow put my package in a different mailbox “by accident”? They don’t have a direct number to call either which makes things even worse. You can tell the workers don’t like their job there and are very quick to push you to the side when you have questions or in need of true assistance. The delivery driver “JOHN” was the one who “delivered” my package and would say he’ll go back to my complex to check on it but never got back with me so something’s up. Do not trust what they tell you at this location.

Constantly losing or stealing packages. Made a complaint to a female manager who said she would investigate and call me back. I have never heard back from her. The postal police should investigate this place, and the post office should shut it down.

I have to agree they are liars. We have a video doorbell which films anyone coming to the door. They claim they attempted delivery of a package four times. All they did was put a slip in the mailbox once.

Do not get a passport here... That is if you're even able to get an appointment. Their phone number does not work, they have told me that I need an email after i schedule my appointment. Email or text never came. I even called usps technical support MULTIPLE TIMES and they also didnt get an email when they made an appointment. No one returns phone calls, no one responds, literally spend the time you will waste with this office, driving to Kannapolis or Matthews. They are terrible and non responsive here.

Outdated system for booking passport appointments. Created appointment and verified, but staff could not find. Happened to other folks too even though I had screenshots of final page with print confirmation… why offer text message verification if you only accept e-mail verification?

This is the closest usps to my house and has stolen/lost 3 of my packages and keeps denying me my money back because the packages “didn’t get scanned” well obviously because they got lost or stolen by one of your workers. They keep making excuses so they don’t have to give my money back. I am leaving 2 stars instead of one because when I go inside of this post office the workers are kind and can get through a long line fast and also the lady who picks up packages from my house now is very helpful and she suggested I schedule pick ups in the app and this helps a lot and she comes and actually scans and doesn’t steal then packages she’s cool but whoever hit a lick on my packages before I don’t like you. Tell the USPS higher ups give me a refund.

My regular carrier does his best. The subs do not deliver the mail or pick up scheduled packages in the system, but can scan it as "picked up" as they drive through the neighborhood not even stopping at homes to deliver. This happens almost EVERY single week! I have run them down the street several times when I catch them. Do better, USPS.

Came in for a refund for package that I sent out that didn’t arrive on time. The supervisor tells me it did arrive on time and that she needs to look into it so she copies my receipt and writes my phone number down. Three weeks later no call. I come back in and I asked him why she lied to me and the supervisor had an employee come and talk to me instead of coming out. Long story short, they end up giving me a refund after a month. But I will never come here to ship anything out again. Terrible customer service and the supervisor is a liar.
