We were customers here and got clamped in the parking lot. The owner contacted us very quickly and is attempting to help us dispute it but still a frustrating experience. Feel bad for companies trying to do business in this plaza

Went to V cleaners to have a zipper replaced on a winter vest. They never called and asked me if it was okay to send my garmet elsewhere as they were unable to do it in house but, then double charged me . If the price is going to be double the going rate you should at least give a courtesy call.

I repeatedly asked for no creases in my trousers, and yet they keep pressing them in. Today was the 3rd time it happened. Every employee claims it was someone else’s fault. I will not come back again.

This is my go-to laundry cleaner. For the most part, I like their work and I like their hours. There are however a couple of major issues for me. First off, they do not give itemized receipts. Their receipts just show the totals. Imagine going to the grocery store, and you are just told the total. You cannot check the bill for any errors. You are not told what you are actually paying per item. Secondly, for an eco friendly cleaner, they use way too much plastic. Giant plastic bags cover the cleaned clothes, and little plastic clips are used with the collars. Please note that I gave them 4 stars--they just need to fix or few things to get up to 5!!

Terrible experience! I paid to have my pants altered and they didn't do that correctly. Then, they failed to refund me. NEVER goes to this place. Its a total scam and they will rob you!

Had an uneven experience - not bad, exactly, but overly expensive and not particularly well done. The alteration of my suit jacket sleeves went well enough, but they left a pressing mark on one sleeve, didn't press the jacket very well overall, and charged nearly 50 bucks for their service. Won't be back, wouldn't recommend.
