My first time visiting this place, and now I have the worst experience of my life, we took a car to change the engine and transmission oil, and after leaving the place a few miles ahead the car stopped. It lost the filter and all the motor oil, and now I have a car with a completely damaged engine.

I don’t normally give bad reviews but I had a horrible experience. I came to this location for the first time this morning and they told me that they had to drive my car in to get inspected. Everyone else drove their own cars in so I was suspicious. However, I agreed and let him “drive my car in”. Only to watch this man let the car behind me get in-front of mine and left mine out. Then I watched 2 other cars that came in after me get serviced first. I said something and he said that the owner of the first car had complained so they let her go first however did not accommodate me at least going next as I was supposed to have gone. In doing so, this kept me here longer than I have ever needed to be at a car shop. I eventually left when I realized that more people who came 30 minutes after me were getting serviced first and leaving. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

No problems here! They were quick and their customer service was immaculate, Tyrone and the crew were more than friendly on top of being knowledgeable.

We come to this location for oil changes and inspections several times a year. They're always friendly, greet us immediately, and they communicate the state of our vehicles without pushing for services. Sometimes the line is long but that can't be helped :)

Was open on time!! Very friendly staff. The place is clean and they are fast. I really love these stores. Get you oil change here and never worry. Matthew and Kim are great!!!
