Came into the store because Verizon customer service has been doing a horrible job at servicing me. Marq helped me solve all my issues and assisted with additional services. Thankful for someone so knowledgeable about the products and plans. Verizon you’re lucky to have someone like him because I almost disconnected my service due the awful experience.

Came here today to purchase a new phone. Ryan Johnson assisted me in purchasing the phone that's right for me. I didn't want anything I didn't need. He wasn't pushy nor tried to sell me anything I didn't need. He's very patient ,and very knowledgeable of the phones. Just can't say enough about Ryan. Customer service seems to be awesome in the whole store.

I had an amazing experience here. I came with my grandmother to help pick out a new phone. Ryan Johnson was the MVP. He answered every question we had perfectly and was a tremendous help. 10/10

Smooth easy experience. Definitely plan on making this my go to store. Helped me setup my new iPhone and make sure everything was transferred over from my old one and made sure everything with my plan was correct, they also processed my trad-in and gave me a breakdown of how my future bills would look. Very pleased with the service. Easy laid back atmosphere.

My phone broke and I needed to replace it immediately so I did not have time to do research. I had asked them the difference between the Galaxy S23 and the Pixel 7 and they told me there are no differences because they are both android. There was also a bit of a compatibility issues switching from Pixel to Samsung which they ensured me would not happen because, again, they are both android. They kept trying to upsell me on 5G after telling them no multiple times. Two different employees pushed the monthly warranty multiple times until I finally agreed to it so I could leave. They also added something to the bill I had told them no for that later I had to remove. Overall, train your employees about the products they are selling and don't add items to the bill not agreed upon.

Visited this store location to pick up newly ported devices and the level of customer service received from store associate Malcolm and Store Manager Zion was highly dissatisfying. I'm a new customer and after not being assisted regarding devices initially and being directed to call customer service- the store manager gave me my devices and basically told me they were unable to assist any further due to it being after 7pm of the store hours. I was also told the store Wi-Fi cuts off once store is closed. If I wouldn't have already been through the long process I would've definitely switched back to my previous provider. It seems as though both store employees were more concerned about getting off on time, and less about assisting with my 3 newly ported lines. The overall customer service experience in this store was pretty disgusting.

Pretty unprofessional management. Watched as my girlfriend and her sister tried to set up a new line as the manager and his employee were too busy as to try and get out the door. Store was closed but they didn't seem really attentive and had a lack of eagerness to help. They were told the wifi cuts off when the store closes....really!? If there was a chance of me switching carriers THEIR experience definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Poor management! Definitely, the manager needs to be reprimanded. Terrible.
