During consecutive visits, the staff failed to disclose the addition of insurance to our account without our consent. They also surreptitiously added items to our bill. We received a promotional iPhone that was faulty. Upon returning it for an exchange, we were assured it wouldn't impact our billing, described as "just an even swap." However, we later discovered that the promotion had been canceled, and charges for the phone had been initiated.

Got my phone but service was awful. Felt like I had to get every piece of info out of the guy. Said I wanted x phone and the guy just says "ok" and continued to stare at me. Whole interaction continued like that, very awkward

The Manager Dan was wonderful. My son had a problem with his phone which he fixes with in minutes. Customer Service at it best!

I am shocked by the disrespect and blatant disregard of customer service by the representatives of this store. Trying to just pick up a phone and was treated like a beggar on the street. Go to any other Verizon store.

If I could give no stars, I would do so. I sat in the store for 2 1/2 hours trying to get a business account changed over to be told it would take 24-48 hours to process. It is 96 hours later and I called to verify and nothing was done. Apparently, a form was supposed to be filled out which I was unaware of. Now I have to wait even longer for the actual process to take place.

Went into the store to ask about a follow up phone call that I was promised on June 13. Dan, the store manager, started off by saying I was a liar, and he couldn’t help me. I had not even told him the full reason I was there, and he was very rude and unaccommodating to a paying customer. I have dished out $4832.84 since switching to Verizon on 3/26. I was promised by Kyle, another manager, that I would be refunded the $1400 due to their offline error on 3/26 where my family of 6 was stuck in this store for 6+ hours. I was also told my monthly bill would be approx. $308/mo and 4 bills later, I’m still getting charged $739 plus no refunds for original amount. I gave them 5 iPhone 12s (paid off with ATT) and I was told my phones with them would be free.So the way I see it, Kyle and Dan are the liars. I will continue to go to the and bother them until I get my refund. I Highly recommend anyone thinking to switch to Verizon or to get a phone from this store, turn around or forget your thoughts. They are an embarrassment in the retail world. If I talk to my clients or customers at my job, the way Dan talk to me today, I would be fired on the spot. Thankfully, the loyalty department fixed my billing but unfortunately the $1400 charge was done by the store and Hass to be fixed by the store although Dan said the store can’t help me.

I've had absolutely a horrible experience with this store and my service. My whole family (6) went in on my husbands birthday to switch our ATT to VZW. We had quotes and went with the chanhe. on the 4 & 5 new phone, they had issues. Then, the last phone they said was free with my trade. But their cc machine was down for the VZW card so I had to use personal card for taxes and fees which store manager Kyle guaranteed me a refund for this after my first bill. This was $1400!!! Issues with port transfers over next 2 weeks.First 4 bills were wrong and after hours with Cust service, went into store with printed copies of all bills. I was promised by asst mgr that he or Kyle would call within a couple days after further review. They also promised to make sure service doesn't get interrupted as well as late fees being erased. They didn't after 1.5 weeks. I paid again. They got 5th bill correct after this, but never refunded me for other stuff, 6th bill comes yesterday and it's $86 more than what it should be. I'm otw to this store again for my 11th visit since going to VZW bc you can't call store directly.This store needs HELP!

Verizon is the absolute worst company for customer service that I have ever dealt with. I had cell service with them for over 25 years. In 2020 I contacted them and requested a deal they were advertising for new customers. My bill was over $257 per month and I only asked for the better deal. I was told the current offer was only for new customers. Customers that had never paid Verizon 1 cent but yet they could get the same service I had for over $100 less than I was paying so I changed carriers. Today, over 3 years later I asked them to unlock my cell phone so they informed me that they will not unlock MY phone unless I pay an additional charge of $85.05. Is there anyone else that feel like this is wrong? Again, they never said I owed this before today, over 3 years after I changed providers. I would never recommend anyone using this horrible company. They are absolutely awful to their loyal costumers.

From the moment I walked into the store until the moment I left, I got OUTSTANDING service. Teagen, the store manager, went out of his way to transfer all my data, contacts, pictures to my new phone. Then he showed me all the new features. This has been the easiest transfer to a new phone that I have ever had. Thank you so much.

Went in with a simple question. Sat down at the counter to wait. Zach the manager told me that the chairs were for employees only and I had to stand. He also then said he couldn’t help me and directed me to a 1-800 number. They weren’t even busy.

Great customer service as always. I had to get a new phone through my insurance coverage and the sales associate did all the leg work for my phone to even arrive the very next day at no additional cost. I've been impressed with this phone service for years.
