I have been a returning customer to this store for years and it’s been a great experience! The employees are nice and friendly. They have a great variety of cute outfits, dresses, jewelry, handbags, shoes, etc. I also like finding good deals!!

I have never had a negative experience at this store. Sales are a great way to shop and save! Window displays are eye catching and if they don’t have my size they’re able to help locate where I find or get shipped to my house. I continue to go back!

Horrible service from the store manager Elizabeth. Had an attitude when I wanted to exchange a dress and had another attitude when I asked a question about their bracelets. Next time I’m going to the other location. Cute attire though!

Versona is the place to be especially the arboretum store in Charlotte I'm loving it always leaving the store with the bag and the lady that works in the others older very friendly I called the store manager after getting all the way back to Columbia South Carolina to let them know that I had two different shoe sizes that was four days ago haven't heard back from them yet what do I do with two wrong size shoes what can somebody do about it spoke with the little young manager she said she would find out what is it that she could do haven't heard anything back

I bought two items, a bracelet and necklace. Cashier did not wrap my items and therefore they got tangled together and almost broke. Employees should be more cautious.

This is a long story so bare with me. I was completely ignored by a female employee the entire time I was in the store . I had several dresses in my hand and was never asked if I needed a dressing room . I then said excuse me and pointed to the multiple dresses in my hand . She yells it's open so I look and one dressing room was open . I try on the dresses and love them, I don't want to buy them there but the website indicates the size is not available. So I wait 2 minutes for this employee to finish what ever she's doing and check me out . She checks me out without a thank you and I get my bag and let her know, it was the worst customer service. She then tells me I'm the rudest customer because I "yelled" at her to open the doors to the dressing room . So then I leave, I'm fuming at this point . I think to myself corporate should know and it can't get any worse . Well, I was wrong . I get a call from Nikki the district manager for the store in Knoxville, Tennessee. I explain to her what happened. I told her I left negative reviews. She has the audacity to tell me that it shouldn't be handled that way . She's sorry I had a bad experience. I said , let me stop you right there your not upset over my experience your upset I left bad reviews. This conversation is now over and I hung up . I called corporate to let them know and also let them know I would be telling everyone who would listen about my experience. And I will. As a silver lining to this story and why I added another star is for the following reason. The regional manager called me and was extremely pleasant and was appalled I had been treated disrespectfully twice . She apologized and let me know she would be handling both situations . She took accountability and didn't chastise me for writing negative reviews. It is obvious this woman got to where she is because customer service is important to her and I am grateful she took the time to call me and make it right . She also said that this was her personal cell phone and if I had any problems to call her personally. She could have just ignored me , I'm just one person but she didn't and for that reason alone , I will be using their website frequently. Because the clothes were never the problem. They are amazing , beautiful and affordable.
