“I had a lot of trouble finding a vape that I really liked after they stopped making my go to, I went through like 3 different ones in a month going off of recommendations from employees at different stores. I went in to the N Tryon location and talked to Rosie, told her the issues I was having and what I had tried and she hooked me up with the best vape I’ve ever had. Haven’t had a single issue with it. More recently, she recommended me switching coils and I just tried it but am already loving it. She rocks, I love her, definitely go see her she’ll make sure you’re taken of. Employees like Rosie are why Kure is my favorite vape store in Charlotte.”

“I had recently bought a brand new box mod from this location and the coil it came with was beyond amazing. Lasted over 1k hits, but for some reason when I changed the coil to a new one I had purchased, It started giving a really bad burned/metallic taste almost immediately. I went in to see what was going on with it and they worked with me to run some tests on it and see what the issue was. We couldn't figure it out but Cory decided to just swap it out for a new one, but he didn't have any in the color I wanted left so he helped me out with getting it from another location and even called ahead to let them know. Absolutely phenomenal customer service with them. Thank you guys for helping me out and making sure everything was perfect through the whole thing!”

“I have known Eric, Jeff & Robbie at Europa for something like 15 years. There is a reason Europa is & has been the biggest distributor & wholesaler of sports nutrition products in the world. They value you as a customer & their service is top notch. My experiences with them as a customer & vendor over the years has been unequivocally positive. They are not just people I do business with. They have become like extended family. If you are a retailer & not buying from Europa you are not optimizing your business with regards to SKU availability & pricing. End of story. “I am a newby to the state with no family here and this was my first visit to this GNC. My day was not going so well when I entered this location and the store clerk Nick was of great assistance. I was going to pick up a few things from several stores in this shopping complex with GNC being one of them.
Unfortunately when I 1st arrived, after parking, I had managed to lock my car keys, purse, and cell phone on the front seat in my car.
I could not find security or a police officer to assist so I went into Target & Sally Beauty Supply to seek assistance without success, and last tried GNC. Well Nick was very inviting upon store entry & I explained my situation to him. Nick was able to assist me with finding a locksmith & was very kind, attentive, answering all my questions thoroughly about a few products while I waited for car assistance to arrive. I also appreciate Nick offering to let me use his cellphone and answering the call from the locksmith when they arrived.
After a successful entry into my car I was able to go back to GNC to make my purchase and thank Nick for his assistance. Nick helped turn a frustrating day into a very good one and I am very appreciative. All around top notch service. Thanks again Nick, I really appreciate your kindness and assistance!”
