“I was referred to this store by a friend. It's an amazing store! The exterior looks small and nondescript, but once you step inside the store opens up into rows of every powder, oil, tablet and more products you can think of.
The staff was very helpful and if there was something one didn't know there was no problem for them to seek help of another. There's plenty of parking. Least I forget the prices were great on the items I needed. They even beat Amazon for sure! ? Thank you!”

“The #1 store in Charlotte. The Customer service is awesome, not a guy in an apron or fake nurse scrubs reciting scripts at you. They have a ton of unique vape options that I've only seen at their store, and their prices and rewards club is great. Every $100 u spend you get 10% off. Justin and Blake are owners that care about us, and the rest of the staff is awesome as well. Went today for the 4/20 sale and left out with a great deal on 2 potent vapes and some free gifts too! “I have known Eric, Jeff & Robbie at Europa for something like 15 years. There is a reason Europa is & has been the biggest distributor & wholesaler of sports nutrition products in the world. They value you as a customer & their service is top notch. My experiences with them as a customer & vendor over the years has been unequivocally positive. They are not just people I do business with. They have become like extended family. If you are a retailer & not buying from Europa you are not optimizing your business with regards to SKU availability & pricing. End of story. “I am a newby to the state with no family here and this was my first visit to this GNC. My day was not going so well when I entered this location and the store clerk Nick was of great assistance. I was going to pick up a few things from several stores in this shopping complex with GNC being one of them.
Unfortunately when I 1st arrived, after parking, I had managed to lock my car keys, purse, and cell phone on the front seat in my car.
I could not find security or a police officer to assist so I went into Target & Sally Beauty Supply to seek assistance without success, and last tried GNC. Well Nick was very inviting upon store entry & I explained my situation to him. Nick was able to assist me with finding a locksmith & was very kind, attentive, answering all my questions thoroughly about a few products while I waited for car assistance to arrive. I also appreciate Nick offering to let me use his cellphone and answering the call from the locksmith when they arrived.
After a successful entry into my car I was able to go back to GNC to make my purchase and thank Nick for his assistance. Nick helped turn a frustrating day into a very good one and I am very appreciative. All around top notch service. Thanks again Nick, I really appreciate your kindness and assistance!”
