I want to commend Tara, the Pharmacist. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very patient. I visit this location a lot. Tara greets me by my name and always a smile. She answers any questions I have about the prescriptions and never feel rushed. I appreciate her assistance and friendship. Thank you Tara.

Came to this location to pick up some medicine. Even though it took around 20 minutes to be ready, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The store itself is quite big and I found other items I needed.

We went here to get Typhoid vaccines (with appointments). We had a bit of a wait while they were doing computer work for processing our requests. It turns out that the wait was because they were trying different ways of getting the vaccines covered by insurance (nice of them). We expected to have to pay, so we were not upset when they were unsuccessful in their attempts. The actual administration of the shots was fine with the pharmacist explaining everything well. Only side effects were a little (typical) vaccine soreness in the arm for about a day.

I have been living in this area for more than 4 years and have enjoyed using this pharmacy. Pharmacy drive thru is quick, and prompt to keep new orders ready.
I tried CVS around the block but returning back to Walgreens as I enjoy using this store and their app.

Worst customer service in the wirkd. Avoid this store at all cost. I scanned a coupon, and it showed in my phone but did not register at checkout. Instead of adjusting the price the useless cashier informed me that "I could type in the code manually" . Not today.... I'll shop elsewhere

These people will drive you \\\"BONKERS\\\" with incessant phone calls about the same issue! \\\"How's that prescription working? \\\"How's that prescription working? \\\"How's that prescription working? And \\\"How's that prescription working? EVERYDAY!!! Even though I have been taking this prescription for years. Make ONE call then let it go!!!

My second time at this location both times terrible customer service because the same young lady was time to get off from her shift, she had her Iron man device on her. Bottom line I was was verbally threatened by the people behind me. I'm afraid to go back there or any Walgreens locations

I went into Walgreens on Arrowood to purchase a Trac phone card. The cashier had trouble activating it so she called someone over. That person didn't know either so I was simply told they couldn't sell it to me. Being a retail manager myself,I know there is always a way to help a customer. They either didn't know how or where unwilling to help. Either way is unacceptable. If I let a customer walk like that, I'd be in trouble at my job.

We needed snacks and drinks and my daughter pulled in here. Big coolers with cold sodas, juices and such. And beer/wine, but we didn't get any of those. Another aisle of protein bars, candy and other sweet/salty snacks. Of course, the Walgreens has a photo section, cosmetics, over the counter drugs, personal care, greeting cards and full service pharmacy. ATM near the door, too. The pharmacy has a drive through and there is plenty of parking. [Review 14954 overall, 456 of 2021, number 2845 in North Carolina.]

I thought it was really awesome that I could have a FedEx package that required a signature delivered here so that I didn't have to be home when it was delivered. My experience was terrible. FedEx sent me a notification that it was delivered and so I went to pick it up. They looked and couldn't find it and told me I was wrong and that it wasn't delivered. They made me call FedEx who again told me it was delivered. The employee was incredibly rude. After arguing with her for 30-45 minutes, I finally was able to get her to get her manager. The manager immediately found my package. I would not recommend having a package delivered here. It's not worth the hassle. I've also dropped packages off which went more smoothly.
