To start, there a drug 'shooting gallery' behind this location, I know this because I watched multiple different homeless people go back there while waiting over 20 min for the just 2 cars in front of me to get their prescriptions in the drive thru. I didn't go inside to pick up my prescription because there were homeless people sleeping in the front entrance... at 2oclock in the afternoon. This is very slow and overall pretty depressing place, and I'd recommend exploring other businesses.

The lady I just spoke with in the pharmacy was very RUDE!!! I would give her name but they answer the phone with “Thank you for calling Walgreens”. I believe they don’t say their name when answering because they are known at this location to just be nasty and apparently don’t want to be at work. I was reading the reviews for this location and it seems this is definitely an issue that corporate needs to see. I would change to another pharmacy but we’ve used this location for 40 or so years. If you don’t like your job or just not a people person find something more suitable.

i've been using walgreens as my primary pharmacy for 10-15 years and i finally decided to make the switch to Publix pharmacy because of this location. after having to wait an hour past my appointment times multiple times to get my covid/fly vaccine and getting covid tested I could not take it anymore. I completely understand that they're short staffed but it also has never taken under 20 mins to get my prescription in the year and a half i've been going to this location. I came to get covid tested again today bc they're the only people close to me who had appointments available and made the mistake of giving them another chance and once again. it took over an hour past my appointment time to just pay for the test and am still waiting to get swabbed which i'm sure will be another 30+ mins. one of the pharmacists is truly an angel and tries her best- she gave me my vaccines in the past and had to yell at her coworkers 4-5 times to get their shit together to get me tested today. I would've left if this wasn't my last resort. honestly, they're lucky i'm not a "karen" and am just leaving this review rather than losing my shit like anyone else would have at this point lol

Raymond the manager is the most disrespectful person ever!!!!!!!! First off I purchased something from another store I advised the cashier that, I had my receipt electronically. She kept scanning and scanning my receipt until there was an error. She then called for help. Raymond was very nasty and very Kurt he advised that the item had already been returned. HOW????? and I just purchased 15hrs ago and the store just opened. He said he wasn't taking it back and walked away from register. I said get your Boss please while he did that I called corporate and a gentleman named Mike who had been sleeping in the back strolled to the front and took it back with no problem but it took him forever to refund me my money. I WILL Neverrrrr ever go back here because they were so rude especially Raymond.

Absolutely 0 customer service. No value for time. Went to pickup photos and nobody was there. The lady at the cash counter did not help us at all. Why can't anyone help us just to pick photos.

Not only do the employees have really negative attitudes but they are also not able to think for themselves. I am 49 years old and was asked for ID. I produced my dl in my phone wallet just like I do for the police and was told I had to have the real thing for her in her hand. If that is Walgreens stand I suggest everyone start finding another place to shop. First of all I do not have to legally produce a drivers license to them as they are not acting in any official capacity. Second the security behind the iPhone and getting your dl in your wallet verifies that it is you complete with picture.

Hi,I am making a formal complaint about the Walgreens at the above address. Tonight I experienced a horrible situation. My daughter and I went into the Walgreens on South Blvd, the minute we walked in the store one of Walgreens employees that was wearing a night head scarf on her hair, began to hit the front counter to get the Manager name Denise attention. Denise and the Walgreens employee wearing the night time hair scarf made a security announcement and verbally stated aloud “we are watching those two” (my daughter and I)This took place after the cashier asked If someone was stealing. My daughter and I gathered our items and went to the front register. As we passed Denise and the Walgreen employee with the hair scarf, they looked at us and said “people come in here and steal” AS A WOMAN AND MALE (CAUCASIAN) RAN THROUGH THE STORE IN FRONT OF ALL OF US ALMOST STEPPING ON MY FEET. At this time Denise and the other staff member did nothing…I looked at Walgreens Employee Denise and said “I am an adult…we have money, we come in here frequently to shop and pay every time”Myself and my family (husband and five kids) live in the neighborhood. This is a middle-class area. The attitudes of the staff at this Walgreens location are horrible. Denise and the night staff of young women are rude and watch people of color, as If all people of color steal. I work in healthcare I can afford to pay for items in Walgreens. I am 4’11 the same height as my 13 year old daughter so I can understand how I can appear to be a child but we shop at the Walgreens frequently. The employees should know the regulars because we are paying our money to keep the store running. This was a horrible experience.

No stars would be more appropriate. Waited 2 days to pick up my birth control, waited in the drive thru to be told it wasn't on order first. Then, that it would have to be filled and wait an hour. Walked inside to pick up and asked the only person standing in the waiting room if they were in line. She said no, go ahead. When I got to the counter, the older short dark hair lady looked at me like I was bothering her before i even spoke, then proceeded to rudely tell me I need to be in line, even when I told her there is no line and the one before me was already helped she repeated herself louder and more rude before I walked out completely and had to have my order delivered. The lack of professionalism between the drive thru to counter in pharmacy needs to be addressed by management. I will never use this location.

Overpriced deodorant but the people there are extremely friendly. I forgot my deodorant in the store and the lady chased me down to return it.

I got out of the hospital on yesterday (07/26) and went to pick up my prescription at this location. I wasn't feeling that great and had no family here to pick up the meds for me so I was a little sad. My first instinct was to pull up in the 2nd lane so I didn't come in close contact as I just left a hospital. I hit the help button to be assisted and there was a black guy standing in the window looking at me. He walked away. I didn't get upset. I just cut the car off and opened the door to make sure he could see me and I hit the help button again. At this point I see the guy laughing and talking to someone in the pharmacy and not acknowledging me. I was a little annoyed but I work in customer service so I stayed patient. A car pulled up in the first lane and he immediately greeted them. After greeting them he looked at me and said "I hope you know that lane is closed". I said no I didn't. I've been sitting here looking at you for 10 minutes at what point were you gonna inform me. He said "I wanted to see how long you were gonna sit there and plus there's not even a tube out there for you to be serviced" and then he laughed. He said feel free to pull around when you're ready. At that point I began crying because it was such a mean response. It's okay that the lane was closed but why be sarcastic about it. Why wait so long to even say anything? So I pull around in complete shambles, crying and he just says did you need anything today? And I'm like I obviously do!! He says name, dob, address in the coldest voice. Again, I am sobbing at this point because he's mean and I'm sick and by myself. He proceeded to give me the prescription. Didn't say to have a good day or anything. I turned to him and said "you should try being nicer to your customers especially in this line of work, you never know what people are going through". He chuckled and said "yeah okay". I had to pull into a parking space and call my mom because of how upset I was about the pharmacy tech. I called the pharmacy immediately to file a formal complaint. I asked to speak with a manager but was not forwarded or given the name of the manager. I did however speak to a young lady who was very kind and apologized for his behavior. The kindness of her voice made me feel better about the entire situation. I cried the whole ride home none the less. Not sure if the black guy in drive thru needs to be coached on providing good customer service or what? But the way he made me feel in that moment after coming from the hospital is a feeling I wish to never have leaving a pharmacy. Moving forward I will pick my meds up else where. But thank you so much to the lady who gave me grace over the phone. She also articulated to me that some customers sit in the second lane to gather their thoughts so that could have been the misunderstanding. I understand that idea but i made eye contact several times with the tech so at the least he could have checked. He even saw me mashing the help button.
