Way too understaffed. Wait times on the phone are so long and then the system hangs up (more than once).

My last 6 months experience with this location, We need to wait for so long for both drive-through and in-store pickup even the medication is preordered and ready for pickup, if it is not ready for pickup you need to visit the store twice or trice a day and god knows when you will get your medicine. very bad management, Bad service, worst experience. The pharmacy here provides poor customer service. Yesterday I got a notice that my prescription was ready- well, it was not ready when I got there, and was told to come back in an hour. I didn't have time to go back that day so I went this morning to pick it up. I was told that the prescription was out of stock. The pharmacist didn't bother to listen to me or look into why the prescription was there the day before. Not that it matters to anyone at Walgreens but after that experience I called my doctor's office and transferred my prescription to a different and hopefully more competent pharmacy.

I’ve been on hold for that last hour and 15 minutes as I write this. Is it that hard to pick up your phones? There were 3 callers ahead of me and then 2, 1, and eventually should’ve been next in the caller que but I’ve been waiting for about 30 minutes now when it was my turn. What are you doing over there?

Worst pharmacy. They won't even answer the phone. There are plenty of local pharmacies to choose from.

HORRIBLE pharmacy! Called about 10pm with a question for the pharmacists, I was on hold for 10 minutes. They said, “two callers ahead of you.” Then when that was done, the music stopped and they would pick up then put me back on hold. Called the pharmacy in Monroe and they answered IMMEDIATELY.

Very grateful for this 24-hour Walgreens. I work late at night, so it's my go-to .. but mainly it's bc I am consistently always welcomed with a smiling face when walking through the door, by employee, Xyshawn. Whenever I need help or have a question, he is always available and so helpful! Every time that I see him, he is hustling and working hard - continuously helping other customers. His customer service is surpassing extraordinary. If he didn't seem so happy at his place of work, I would most definitely offer him a job. I would hire Xyshawn on the spot! He is without a doubt a 5 STAR employee and Walgreens is so lucky to have him. Thanks again, Xyshawn!!!

This is honestly the worst Walgreens. I always say I'm going to switch but I never do. It's almost like they try to fuck up your prescriptions. EVERYTIME I come here, nothing is ready, despite automated texts saying my scripts are ready and verbal verification that my scripts are ready. Today I received a script and it was empty. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Absolute fiasco. On the phone waiting for a simple answer re perscription cost. It's only been 54 minutes with 1 caller ahead of me. I will be moving my preferred pharmacy. No excuse for this lack of service. And, this is not the first time!!

had to pick up a prescription from a medical appointment in the area. We typically use our local Walgreens, but doctor sent orders to this location. They were very busy. There was some wait, but staff was very helpful and friendly.
