Waited oven an hour on phone for prescription. Got there and had to wait another 30 min. Only filled 3 of the 4 was told to come back in 4 hours for the other one that has been in progress a day. Had 1 person to cover counter and drive through. Terrible location.

I wish I read the reviews before I changed over from Walmart. Worst customer service eveeeeeeeer!!!! I'm going back to Walmart. They are extremely unprofessional. Long hold times in the drive thru and store. I was on hold for 30 minutes, and finally got someone on the line and he asked to put me on hold again. I said I've already been holding for 30 minutes and he said "well your on hold for life" whatever that means. They took forever to process my transfer. So I went a week without my proper dosage of psych meds. I was having withdrawal symptoms. Then when they finally got the prescription it took days to fill it. The process to transfer my prescription profile back to Walmart was also almost impossible. They would not answer Walmarts call. I had to go up there and demand it be done. Just terrible.

They don’t answer phone calls, they leave you on hold for hours and when they pick up they hang up on you! If you go inside to get your medicine be ready to wait 30 -40minutes. The store alone is understaffed they only have one cashier all the time. So just to buy something be ready to wait 20-30 minutes. Do not come here they suck

On average takes more than 2 hours to get through to the pharmacy on the phone. Often times someone will answer then hang up, meaning you'll have to work your way through the queue more than once. Prescriptions aren't even ready when they say they will be. Prepare for an in-person visit to take between 30-60 minutes minimum.

The service is lousy this weekend the pharmacist left yesterday day and they tell people to come back in a hour to get there meds and they are close and they want let the employees work or leaveToday very slow and you have people in there working with attitudes very rude to the customers if they do not want to worry they shouldn't be at work

This location has to be one of the worst locations to receive medicine, I have been without my medicine for weeks because every time I arrive at the location the drive through will be closed and inside would be a long line with 1 person working the register. I would advise anyone to not get their prescriptions sent over here.

Had an appointment scheduled for a vaccine. Waited in line to check in and was told to take a seat and someone would be with me with paperwork when the line cleared. Flash forward to an hour later...more and more people were coming to pick up their prescriptions/the line continued to grow, and I still had not even been given paperwork. I ended up just canceling the appointment from my phone and decided to leave. I will try another location in the future.This place is not staffed to handle in store pick-ups, vaccines, and a drive thru. I understand waiting a few minutes--10-20, but an hour for a scheduled appointment totally defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. Furthermore, the number of people waiting with me was a bit ridiculous. It didn't seem anyone's prescriptions were ready despite customers saying that it was previously called in.

The worst customer service and mistreatment. Are these people not receiving training or talks on how to treat customers? They are there to provide a service and it is not free, that is why one pays for good care. When you complain to them they get upset, which is what was missing. I went to pick up some medicines and they gave me an open envelope with someone else's medicines, happily I checked, I kindly approached to give them back and tell them that they had made a mistake, and in response one of them shouted and told me THERE IS NOTHING. I didn't see the name of the person who helped me. Even though they called me days before to tell me that my medicines were there. I hope for better treatment of customers, for my part I will never go to that establishment.

This location is terribly understaffed. Sometimes the drive-thru is closed. Be prepared to exercise patience and wait. The other reviews mention being on hold on the phone a long time. Then often being hung up on when the phone is picked up. I experience this every time I call I call from 2 phones at once.

The customer service is trash. They never answer the phone I stayed on hold for 1hr and 19mins just for them to pick up and hang up in my face. All I needed was for them to transfer my prescription. Everyone in the pharmacy is rude and disrespectful. The whole pharmacy need to be shut down.

They dont fill your perscription untill you get up there then make you wait thirty minutes. Ive waited three days and finally had to go up there. Also when I tried to call i sat on hold for 12 minutes for then to answer and immediatly hang up without saying anything! Switching at my next doctors appointment. This place is awful.

Worst branch of a Walgreens I've ever been to. I've called many many times over several months and 8 out of 10 times you'll hold for 10+ minutes, only to hear a person pickup the phone and fumble with it. Then hang up. There's no way it's accidental. It's repeated and habitual. I've mentioned it when picking up scripts but they shrug you off. Now I'm trying to transfer all my scripts to CVS but they don't even answer when other pharmacies call! I'm forced to call my doctor and ask them to just call in another to a functioning pharmacy! Did you know you can't give less than 1 star? I'm trying here ..

Hold time in drive thru, inside store AND on the phone are outrageous! I have been unsuccessfully trying to pick up my prescriptions for 3 days now but I still don’t have them because I don’t have the hours it would take to wait in line.
