If I could give this pharmacy negative stars, I would. Common meds never in stock, drive through and inside take a minimum of 30min to pick up a Rx. The texting option never updates. One of my 2 meds weren't in stock. Picked up the one that was, and inquired about the out of stock. She said they had some now and it would be ready in 1.5hr (this is a prepackaged med, nothing to count). I asked if I could please wait on it so i didn't have to drive back for a 3rd time. She ignored me and said I'd get a text when it's ready and I can come back. This pharmacy is the absolute WORST.

Never had a single issue refilling or picking up any prescriptions with this location. The store is always fully stocked and the staff members are always decent.

Don't call Walgreens pharmacy between 1:20pm and 1:29pm. The staff all go to lunch between 1:30pm and 2:00pm. You will be left on hold if you call any time between 1:20pm and 1:29pm.

This pharmacy is not great. The drive though is always closed. Today, the pharmacist closed the drive through screen in my face and said I had to come inside. It’s always like this. They also do not answer phone calls. The order is also incorrect more times than should be for a pharmacy. I’m switching my prescriptions to a different location.

The pharmacy in this Walgreens probably should be shut down. They have zero Customer service skills they do not care how long your prescription has been telling you that it was ready. They are not making it until you request it with them more than likely inside because they would rather laugh and have conversations with each other then take care of their clients.
The pharmacist is horrible, and I have received medication that was not meant for me. I would recommend this Walgreens and corporate.

I didn't like this walgreens because of the staff member I left out of the store the store manager followed me to cvs once and told employees about me. I really hated him but he's no longer working at that walgreens. Some people have the right to browse and not buy anything. I don't have a car and ride public transit too

They give you a hard time returning stuff. None of the rules that they apply at the register is actually Walgreens policy. The return isn’t coming out of your pocket, so what is the issue?

Need to find me another network pharmacy. I sure wish CVS was in our network. Out of medication and the time frame given to expect it, never never be right. Call them, wait forever and sometimes due working have to hang up. This has been the same experience at every Walgreens. They let the phone ring and then put the call back on hold. It's so annoying. If you have a life-threatening illness, I would not recommend this pharmacy at all for your medications
Add on to review. They need to be taught customer service. Instead of them asking, was there anything else I could assist with they just hung up the phone while you trying to ask a question

Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone!!!!! Elderly, or really sick customers trying to get answers about Rx, CALL A DIFFERENT PHARMACY WHILE YOU ARE STILL BREATHING!

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Me and my husband made appointments to have a covid test done before we leave the country, get the confirmation and show up just to be told we'd have to schedule for another day due to they were back up, but yet NO ONE was waiting. We called the same location to ask about testing was told to come in and turned away yet again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

The store is great and the pharmacy is always busy... I get it! I used to be a pharmacy tech too but some people can just be so rude at work and I don't get that.

Asliin was super sweet and helpful! My dad and I got pictures developed today and she helped with everything from the settings on my dad’s phone to printing the pictures out when I know how busy she was from running the register to put backs. My dad is older so I most definitely appreciate her helpfulness and being so patient. You really don’t see that in customer service anymore so I her politeness doesn’t go unnoticed! Thank you Asliin.
