I transferred a prescription over to this location from Matthews since my local Walgreens was out of stock. I immediately was met with attitude as soon as I walked up to the counter. I had a manufacturer coupon that worked with or without my insurance. The lady immediately told me it wouldn’t work if insurance did not cover it. That is not what the coupon said and I did not have the physical coupon with me since it was supposed to be in my file. I did have it in my Apple wallet, and there was a number for pharmacist to call for help with processing the coupon. She told me she would call and I left the store and she called me back within a couple of minutes of leaving and told me that the coupon was as she said and would not work with my insurance. The coupon says clearly on it, that it works with insurance whether it’s covered or not with different fees depending on whether insurance covers the drug or not.. The other Walgreens did know how to process the coupon and this one obviously does not. The lady was extremely rude and told me she was the pharmacy manager when I told her that is not how the coupon worked. I will not go to Walgreens again because obviously she did not even call and thought she knew what she was doing. I will transfer my prescription back to my local Walgreens and continue to go there.

Store is always fine. Friendly staff BUT the pharmacy !!! Slow and rude is all I have to say. We moved to Oakhurst pharmacy so wonderful, friendly and fast. I’ll shop at this store but we are done with this pharmacy.

I visited this Walgreens today to print off a picture. The store was busy and it appears that it is one cashier in the front and one cashier at the Photo Counter. Although, it is busy at the photo station Andre, is very polite and patient with the customers. He's actually pleasant and didn't seem overwhelmed with the amount of people needing help. Presently, Retail is suffering with finding good help but not here at Walgreens on Sardis. I'm impressed with the Customer Service and friendliness that Andre, is showing. I hope that his good service is rewarded in some way. His communication and presence is very professional.

Went to Walgreens at Sardis Rd north...there is a customer in front of me in the drive thru literally having a 15 minute conversation with the pharmacist. I understand the need to answer a customers questions ...but politely ask the customer ...sir... we'll get approval through your doctor or insurance the next day ...we have other customers waiting... better to upset that customer then the three others waiting in line!

Absolutely amazing pharmacy. The staff are all working so hard they deserve a raise. The tech kaity is very helpful and so kind. I went there and she took extra time to make sure I had everything I needed. They need more staff but I would Definitely recommend that pharmacy.

The older man working the front cash register a little while ago (2-7-2023 at 1:50 pm) could NOT HAVE POSSIBLY BEEN MORE RUDE! Obviously he wasn't trained in customer service, bad attitude, ugly demeanor and quite unpleasant.

I have used this pharmacy for over 8 years but in the last 6 months it has just went downhill fast. They never have my prescriptions available when I order them. I waited 4 days for an antibiotic, they said it was because they are shortstaffed. The sad thing is, everywhere is shortstaffed these days.

Literally every time you call it’s a forty minute hold or more just to be hung up on. Rude and unprofessional. I understand short staffing and being patient but when you wait and don’t even get a moment to speak after waiting that long is just ridiculous.

Even requesting refills in advance with remaining refills available, most of the time it will take 3+ days for the prescription to be filled (after the requested date).

If i could give the pharmacy 0 stars, i would. the most inconsiderate staff. i pulled up for my covid and flu rapid test, had a confirmation number (which they did not even ask for after i told them three times), and they said they wouldn’t test me because i didn’t fill out the insurance portion on the questionnaire when booking the appointment. tell me this, how did i not fill it out but got a confirmation email for the location, date and time of my appointment? make it make sense. completely unapologetic and insensitive to other people’s times and health. this is why CVS is superior

Very bad experience at photo service. Went there to take passport pictures for my 3 months old. The old man who works there wasn't helpful at all .they supposed to have like a white sheet to put underneath on the car seat or to put baby on his/her back they don't have that I think they take pictures only for older people. Weird ?

The staff is okay. There is much room for improvement though. At the pharmacy I have had a few mix ups. That is so annoying to me!

I went there today called yesterday about making a welcome board for my daughter's bday party Javier came over to help me and did such a good job it was hard to find the boards but he asked a associate for help and we got what I wanted very patient ..i am well pleased
