Never fill up prescription on time.

I had my prescriptions here and was forced to move them to another pharmacy. I tried to refill multiple times, and their automated system does not work. When calling in to speak to the pharmacy, I held for 32 minutes on Saturday, 42 minutes on Monday, and called and got a manager to pick up twice today and still was put on hold once again so long that it gives up and cuts me off!! Also when trying to pick up prescriptions at their window, there have been times I have had to make 4 attempts, on different days, before anyone came to the window. I give up, you'll die before you'll get your medicine here.

This Walgreens location overall lacks customer service. The pharmacy line is generally long and extremely slow moving and no sense or urgency to help customers. I’ll be moving away from this location.

The pharmacy manager that is currently there Ameka Okonkwo is very rude. I do the same work and I would never talk to a patient or customer the way he spoke to me. I am not sure if he was having a bad day or because I’m a woman. That he felt that he could respond to me the way he did but he will find out today that he can’t speak to people however he wants specially if you are a pharmacist and work with the public.

The drive thru pharmacy service was ok for me. But what I noticed was that the medication that was prescribed to me was even more expensive after my insurance deduction. I looked on the Walgreens website, thesame medication was being sold over the counter for over $10 less. I'm not sure why that was the case. But I think because most of us just believe what they say price wise and we don't question and we don't ever noticed.

I am a victim of pharmaceutical malpractice.I was given 2 separate medications in the same bottle that could have resulted in life threatening manor.i went back 2 days later and spoke with a pharmacist that was not there the day it happened.She immediately apologized and said she filed a complaint.Admitted to the pharmacies wrong doing and refilled my entire prescription.Head pharmacist named Emeka was very rude and not welcoming when presented with the incident.He would not give me the name of the pharmacist that misfiled my medication.He also told me all jobs make mistakes trying to downplay the situation and brush me off with no apology.I proceeded to call corporate to speak to their superiors.

I am happy to say that I am officially done with Walgreens pharmacy. Absolutely horrible customer service, rude pharmacists, and incompetent staff. They literally do not care. Find an independent pharmacy. You will be much happier.

I don’t know who runs this store but the older lady dennis? Is absolutely rude and horrible to people. Dennis talks down when all I needed was a few items. The other manager they have who looks 17 is also horrible at her job. That whole store is a mess, SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!!
