Not sure how many stars to give because typically this location has been great, polite and helpful and professional, and I have gone to this Walgreens for prescriptions, vaccinations, general shopping, and photos for over 18 years. But today’s experience with one of the staff still has me totally appalled. I’d had a lot of trouble getting my Christmas cards made and ordered, but that’s another story and no big deal, we worked it out and the other employees were super helpful. I came back when I was told the cards would be ready, and they weren’t yet cut, so I was asked to come back. When I finally did see the cards, I was disappointed to see that there was a legitimate problem in the cutting, the edges were not at all even, very noticeable, and really impacted the quality of the card. I asked what can be done, and the response was surprisingly rude and curt. I was told that it wasn’t their fault, that the machine cuts it, and there is nothing they can do. This employee (Reise’ H) never even bothered to look at the card when I expressed concern, never apologized, never agreed that it wasn’t the quality it should be, never offered a solution of any kind. She just kept repeating over and over again that it is a machine that cuts it, and it is not their fault. When I tried to find a new angle to help her understand that I can’t send the cards out like this and what were my options, she literally said, multiple times “as I have already told you three times…”. She interrupted me, talked over me, and stunned me and the lady next to me with her rudeness, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything like it before, and certainly never at Walgreens. I was told the only thing that could be done is she would have to hand cut everyone. She was obviously not at all happy about this and told me it would take “a long time.” I said, no problem, about how long, and I got no answer. As I looked at her name tag so that I could remember her name, she flippantly said, maybe I should take a picture. Wow. It’s really hard to believe there are people like this Customer Service.

We have always used this location for shots and they have always been consistent. I had to go to another southpark location recently as I could not get an appointment here, however they were so disorganized that I left without taking the shot.

Woman working photo desk had no idea how to do a FedEx drop off. Even though there is a big sign advertising it as a drop off location. She sent me to the FedEx Office.

The older lady cashier was rude and unhelpful. Needs retraining on customer service. The worst Walgreens I have been to and that is saying something!.

Terrible location ! The cashier talked to mom like she didn’t exist. She just wanted to know why a coupon didn’t go through.Keeping speaking to my father telling him “you tell her , you explain to her .” While my mom was right in front of her . Terrible customer service.

*BEWARE* AVOID GOING TO THIS LOCATION FOR MEDICATION. They are unbelievably slow, unorganized, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. They’ve intentionally put me on hold forever to try and get me to hang up after continuously trying to fill my script. You will 100% find yourself waiting forever to try and fill your script and ultimately come to find out they just never have enough to fill it. Staff is incompetent, I’ve been dealing with them for 6 months and I promise I’ll never be back. **The ratings on Google are telling of this location.**

I observed poor leadership and training modeled in the pharmacy department regarding COVID-19 vaccines and booster guidelines as listed plainly on the CDC website. This is a reflection of poor and incompetent management. This suggests there is little to no corporate accountability.

I think it is time to find some new staff for the front of house. There is an employee who has been there forever, which I appreciate, but who wishes you a blessed day and talks to you like you are 2 years old. She will actually scold you when you don’t follow HER proper procedure during checkout. It is comical to watch (not really), but it is time for a change! I’m changing to a different store!

Pharmacy customer service is subpar. Perhaps the Corp Office needs to send additional Pharmacy Staff for support during this Pandemic. The Staff is unable to properly manage Covid Testing and filling prescriptions. The wait for picking up Rx refills is 30-60mins at the drive up window. Your only option is to go inside...and wait in line just as long. Couple the long wait with the rude, nasty attitudes from the Pharmacists...Not Good. You may want to consider another location or CVS.

Very rude pharmacy who have no business being in healthcare. It’s more like hell-care. My Dr. ralled in Rx 30+ min. before closing, I waited there 15 min in line for pick up and she asked me to come back the next morning to pick. The “B” couldn’t fill a simple antibiotic which takes 3 min for a competent professional. I know as a prescribing doctor.And the manager hiding to avoid taking a complaint, made me wait 20 min and then I walked out as I have better use of my time.

The pharmacy at this location is a total train wreck! We literally waited one week on my child’s medication. This was due to the staff forgetting to submit it to the insurance company not once but twice! It’s almost like they have forgotten they are a pharmacy and think they are a doctors office now giving vaccinations. Vaccinations are their focus. Guys you are not a doctors office you are a pharmacy. I will never visit your pharmacy again due to this experience.

I'm really not one to leave reviews, but I felt the need to leave one. I went in tonight at around 6:05 to pick up an order from their photo station. There was a younger boy waiting in line in front of me and we were waiting for a good minute or 2 before we safely assumed that no one must be back here to help us. I went to the cash register and waited to speak with the older woman working behind the counter (didn't get to see her name but she had short grayish hair and glasses). When it was my turn to speak with her, I asked if there was anyone working the photo station, and before I could even finish talking, she interrupted me and responded quite harshly by saying she's "been busy" and that she is the only one there. Why is this older woman working all by herself in this walgreens?? Anyways, besides the point...I couldn't get a single sentence out while speaking to this lady on multiple attempts. She was consistently talking over me with a tone of disrespect, to a point where the older gentleman behind me in line even said to me "she's having a really bad day". I would also like it to be known, there were ONLY 3 customers in the building, all 3 of us waiting so patiently while this woman had the nastiest tone. I get days can be stressful, i'm a server so I understand, but this was just plain rude and you shouldn't be working in customer service if you're gonna have a nasty tone with every person that walks in.

Terrible place to get a COVID shot. Had to wait 1 hour past appointment time. People around us coughing with no mask on. The pharmacist kept taking his mask off too. This place is a disaster

This pharmacy was the best when Theo was the pharmacist. He was knowledgeable and just a genuinely nice person. Now there is a steady stream of new faces and it is utterly constant confusion! The worst!
