Rude people in the pharmacy. They looked at my license to get my medication and told me it was expired. When I got home I realized that they were looking in the wrong spot and it was valid. I changed pharmacies immediately.

Horrible when refilling prescriptions. No clear communication and will blame you when they mess up and will tell you lies about why your prescription wasn’t filled. If you can do not go to this Walgreens unless you don’t want your medication. This location need new management or need to be closed bc how poor they are at running the store.

Walgreens' photo service is absolutely incompetent.I ordered prints via Google photos this morning and was told they were ready. The only thing Google prompted me for was a name for the order. When I went to pick it up, the cashier said they had to have a phone number to look up my order. None of my phone numbers worked, and Google didn't ask me for a phone number when I placed the order. I asked if I could give them my name, but Walgreens is such an inept operation they can't even do a simple name lookup. I even had the order number from Google, but the cashier just sighed exasperatedly and told me he couldn't use that either.Instead, I'm going home and reordering the prints from CVS which is what I should have done in the first place. I'm just glad that Walgreens wasted money and paper printing out an order that will never be picked up and paid for. At the very least, that's what this idiotic company deserves. Save yourself the headache, go to CVS.

Terrible experience! I waited for 30 minutes for the employees to find a handheld to complete my FedEx transaction. Upon finding the device to process my fedex, the team lead was very nice. However, the machine did not provide a receipt, so the fedex was canceled, and she tried againNow we are 45 minutes in, and the device wouldn't accept my package. During this time, I observed the line up front moving extremely slow. No more than 4 people at a time, but each transaction was extremely long. Now it has been at least an hour, I was nicely turned away. I was about to purchase several items and observed the line moving extremely slow. It appears Walgreens feels entitled and prioritize themselves vs. customers. Employees were hanging tags and not checking. This was terrible, I will never step through the doors of Walgreens again.

I went to this Walgreens on providence rd for a door dash order and the lady that checked me out was rude. She looked at my tattoos and frowned as if there was something wrong. I personally will never return to this location ever again. It's just sad to be silently judged by someone who doesn't even know you. All of my tattoos have positive meanings. Mostly which related to Christ. So again she is just not a good person to have at a register.

One of the worst customer experience I had at this place when I approached photo center. The lady claimed herself as a manager of the store asked me not to come again to this store just coz I asked is there another why to share photos other than kiosk. That was rude and never expected this from a store which has such a great reputation when it comes to customer satisfaction.

The Walgreens has horrible customer service. First, they tell my wife her prescription will cost $62. When I went to pick it up they tell me it is not ready, it is waiting for the Dr to provide a prescription for a refill and the price will be $93. All untrue. The Dr had already provided the prescription for refills and after a 15min conversation with the pharmacist they agreed the price was $62.Second, the medication is stored in the refrigerator in its own box. The pharmacist only has to take the box out of the refrigerator and put a label on it. No counting pills. The pharmacist to it out of the refrigerator and placed it on the counter. I was told it would be ready in 30mins. An hour had pass and still they had not called my name to let me know it was ready, even though they saw me sitting there waiting. I had to walk to the counter and ask for it. At that time they said it was ready, walk to a spot on the floor and pick it up. A medication that is supposed to be refrigerated has sitting out at room temperature for 1 hour. There were over 5 employees behind the counter when I first arrive. I communicated with 3 of them and none of them had common courtesy, also known as good customer service, to let me know my wife prescription was ready. If they put energy into providing good customer care instead of gossiping about their customers, then this error would not have happened. While sitting in the waiting area I heard a lot of discussions that should not have occurred.

I don’t normally write reviews but this Walgreens is the slowest ever. I have waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru before. Not to mention I just encountered an extremely rude employee, which did not help and prompted me to write this review. Not everyone is rude there but they are always slow. A big part of that is handwriting the license info down… which also makes me a bit concerned for my privacy. Why not scan it and get with the rest of the world?? Anyways, to the woman working around 1:30 on 1/19/23 at the drive thru, you need a serious attitude adjustment or you need to find a job where you don’t interact with people. Thanks.

Staff is extremely rude. Never can seem to pick up the phone either. I understand being understaffed but 40 minutes on hold is unacceptable. The store is not that busy

I use Walgreens primarily for photos. At this location, every 4x6 had a faint line down the same part, and all the "true digital" prints (4x5.3) were printed on 4x6 paper leaving a white edge on all of them. I checked the photos before I left the store and presented the mistakes to the attendant. At first I asked her what she could do about it. She explained that they don't have "true digital" size paper so she offered to cut the white edge off.... Really? Someone should have done that in the first place if that's the case. I can do it myself though. She said the manager had already been made aware of the print issue on the rest and they have a help ticket out for it. So I asked for a refund and she complied but it felt like a hassle. And she needed my license, which ok not a big deal but she seemed to be typing every last detail of it on her screen. Not sure what that's about, most refunds just need me to sign somewhere. I would have left higher stars since I got a refund on my botched photos but it did not feel like my concerns with the errors mattered to them and I was not offered a full or partial refund upon showing her the mistakes, I had to ask for it. And to be clear, I would have been happy if she had simply offered to refund only the ones with print errors, which was 58 photos, most were 4x6, 14 were 4x5.3. I've had photo print errors at other Walgreens where the attendants went above and beyond to make it right without me having to ask. As soon as I showed them the mistake they worked to remedy it.

I love the Walgreen located on 11200 Providence Road W Chatlotte NC. We send all our photos to their website in the photo section where you can choose what size you’d like your photo copies. You have an option to schedule a drive through or curbside pickup. My photos were ready within the hour of the summit. Great coupon deals. Walgreens is open Monday through Sunday and the hours are from 8 am to 10 pm daily

30 minutes of waiting after a scheduled appointment to get a flu shot. Unprofessional.

I have been using this pharmacy for years, but after an incident last night with one of the techs I will have to switch to another one. Sadly this world is crazy so I am no longer comfortable having my medications filled here after one of the techs got upset over a mistake they themselves made. I gave 3 stars because any issues I’ve had throughout the year have been minor ones until last night. I strongly suggest Walgreens invest in stronger training for their pharmacy techs and have them review policies and procedures. Everyone makes mistakes, but when you’re involved in healthcare knowing how to do your job is extra important.

I could look past the horrible attitude and terrible customer service if the employees were at least competent at their jobs, but the service is slow, there’s always a problem with prescriptions. The CVS down the street is always a much more pleasant experience.

Don’t go for vaccines! The first time I arrived for my scheduled flu shot, they informed me they didn’t have any. The second time around they informed me they wouldn’t accept my insurance and I should try another pharmacy
