Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes while employees ignored me. Finally, the manager walked up and they couldnt find anything else to pretend to work on so one of them attempted to help me. Gave me incorect info. Accused me of money laundering and then went back to pretending to do work.

Walgreens located at 7828 Pineville-Matthews Rd, Charlotte, NC 28226 had fully stocked shelves when I visited this location for the first time. Employees were friendly and helpful. I didn’t get any Prescriptions, so can’t comment on their Pharmacy, it this Walgreens seems to be run very well, and was spotlessly clean which is great. I’m sure this is a very busy location, so complaints are bound to exist, but my visit was great. This is a mid sized location to me.

Very difficult to get a prescription picked up with poor customer service at the drive through and long wait times. I won’t be returning anytime soon.m

I don't understand, I have been getting my prescription filled here for 5 years. You should have a standing order for my refill but yet I have to drive all the way back from Indian Land TOMORROW because you could only give me a partial refill? Very poor service

Was at the pharmacy early this morning and the lady helping people was extremely rude to an.older gentlemen!Because she had a line and it was busy! He pays like anyone else why get an attitude for him being elderly. If they would have sent me a text letting me know it was ready but did not! This store is the worse I recommend going to another store! ASAP! THE RUDEST people at pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy ever! They NEVER have my prescriptions and have to order them. Which takes anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks. If they are out they will not call it in to another location. I just had a migraine pen filled after 4 days they said they had it in. They notified me it was in, but upon arrival they said their refrigerator had stopped working so they didn't have it!! Wouldn't even call it in to another store. Told me to do it. They should have notified me that the medication was spoiled and made every effort to have it filled. They even asked "do you need it"?!!! It's for migraines! Of course I need it!! Do NOT use this pharmacy!!

I ordered an item yesterday night but unfortunately the order didn't reach to Walgreen as they had issue with the device. I requested them to give the item which is in store after i show the order number but the store person rejected. I was very furious at her. i cancelled online order and thought of buying it instore but the item was not available. Now I lost my patience but meanwhile the Store manager Rodney called another store near south park and confirmed the item is in stock. I drove to the south park store and guess what Rodney had reached before me and he was ready with my order.Rodney you are a great buy, Thank you again for you help and excellent customer service and i apologies for being little mad :P

Every time I need a special battery or tech accessory I always start (and usually end) with Walgreens. You always have what I need. And while I’m there I buy other necessities so it’s a success in all ways. Thank you for making room in your stores for what I need!

Don't go here for COVID Booster unless you want to waste hours! We had 3 family members and 3 appointments. The slowest lady ever was keying in the info it took her 30 minutes- no exaggeration- to just get our basic info in the system. We sat to wait for pharmacist and then they handed us the medical history form that was already completed online as the system did not populate it for them. Wish I had seen the reviews before making this appt because 10 months ago someone had similar experience and obviously no improvements have been made. We walked out as it was just too slow and unprofessional.

Inconsistent messaging and policy between locations is a huge concern. Especially when stores are only a few miles apart. One day they have a card on file, the next they don’t. One day they refill medications on a certain date, the next they don’t. I travel a lot It’s very difficult to plan when there is so much inconsistency.

Just love this place wide open floor plan also allows you to deposit cash on your cash app black card only real quick location that actually works. 7/11!!!!!!!!! Says it except cash app money but unless there manager is there they don't. Even though they say 24hour cash app except. NOT TRUE 2PM MONDAY they had no way of doing it iam talking about carmel and Hwy 51. Wasted my time just us Walgreens. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
