This place smells like a toilet inside, absolutely disgusting. The pharmacy is the slowest I've ever experienced as well. The female Indian pharmacist is incredibly rude and miserable.

Didnt fill my medication on two occasions saying they were “out of date” when my doctor had sent them in the day before causing a 3 day delay and failed to deliver my medication on time causing me to spend 1+ hours on the phone cancelling/transferring the already filled meds to a 24 hour pharmacy to pick them up at midnight.

This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, wait time 30+ minutes AFTER pick-up time Walgreens I have ever been to. If you're transferring from Walmart, thinking its nicer and will be better IT WON'T.
I literally just had to ask a pharmacy tech which meds where which and what they were taken for and they couldn't answer the question. They basically have unlicensed ppl working that don't even know what they're giving you. They're nothing more than cashier's with very nasty dispositions.
When you ask somebody in the pharmacy handing you meds what a medicine is taken for and they can't answer it, you're gambling with your life. Because with that level of incompetence, who knows if they're gonna make a mistake with your medicine. I have allergies. I will be transferring a couple thousand bucks in medicine from this pharmacy today. I have tried since October and the customer service here is just disgusting.
People are walking out the wait times are just too long no matter what time of the day or night you go. Just to get to the register and be told a med they had a doctor pre-authorize is out of stock. Absolutely not.
Not to mention they are literally frequently out of stock. I literally spoke with a human that told me to pick up meds after one and when I got there they had medicine I didn't ask for ready. No drive thru, nothing whatsoever that should lead to customers waiting 15-30 to pick up medication. That's Walmart wait times. So I will be transferring every single med I have at this pharmacy. I don't think the store is any better .
Ghetto ratchet management playing around with the employees in the store , acting like you're disturbing them asking a simple question. It's no wonder the cashier's in both the pharmacy and the store have bad attitudes, because it starts with management. Go elsewhere for your pharmacy needs. Unless you have time to waste and don't mind grade F- customer service

Minti is the best pharmacist. She is so helpful and will go beyond to help out the patients. After going to 2 pharmacies, she was able to help me by contacting my insurance to get travel overdue 2 times. Very helpful pharmacy team at this location. Thank you Minti!

Western union said to come and send money. It's a simple option on the app to send cash from within store. All the cashier had to do was type in my number and they refused. I tried to show them on the app that the app said to come there. It even included the store number. And they wouldn't even look. They were rude, vile, discrimotory, biggotts

I always have a great experience coming to this Walgreens. It's always super clean, and all the employees are super friendly and awesome. It's always very well stocked with various things you could need. The pharmacists are always so friendly, answer all of your questions. This is located in parking road shopping so there are plenty of shops around and parking spaces. Never have an issue stopping by this location.

Angel and Lacole were super helpful and friendly. They spoke to each other with respect and love and as co-workers that’s important. Hopefully one of them is the manager because they actually care about the customers and the business. The store was clean and well stock. This location is the best.

Always lines at the pharmacy…8 in line every time….always having issues. The staff tries to be helpful but they look like they have given up. It’s a disaster of a store and I have now given up. Never had these issues when it was Rite Aid. Time to find a better place to do business.

My experience with both retail and pharmacy staff and operations has been stellar. Most of the staff there are genuinely warm, friendly, welcoming, competent and helpful. I commend all the current Pharmacy staff and two retail staff in particular, Lacole and Stacie. All these staff are a great asset to Walgreens.
I also greatly appreciate that the store always seems very clean. And that I can bring in my leashed, well-behaved dogs when I necessarily walk them there and need to buy something. Given my current circumstances, that is extremely helpful. Thank you Walgreens! You’ve turned me into a huge fan and brand ambassador.
