Angel and Lacole were super helpful and friendly. They spoke to each other with respect and love and as co-workers that’s important. Hopefully one of them is the manager because they actually care about the customers and the business. The store was clean and well stock. This location is the best.

Always lines at the pharmacy…8 in line every time….always having issues. The staff tries to be helpful but they look like they have given up. It’s a disaster of a store and I have now given up. Never had these issues when it was Rite Aid. Time to find a better place to do business.

The cashiers working at the store are incredibly rude and lack any sense of common courtesy, or decency. They act like they are doing you a favor when you come up to the counter, as opposed to recognizing that you are a paying customer who can choose to go elsewhere.

Absolutely atrocious service at the pharmacy. ZERO communication and they NEVER have your prescription ready for pick up on time. They tell you they'll call or text when it's ready but NEVER DO and decide to just close the pharmacy before even handling your prescription. Has happened on mutliple occassions. You're playing with people's lives here! Completely unacceptable. Never coming back here.

Please get a self check out. Cashiers are usually single by themselves. They always have a line takes entirely too long to just check out for a drink Customer Service should not be an option.

You would think they'd vet their employes better in this part of town SMHWORST CUSTOMERSERVICE EVER!!!I feel like I'm in the twilight zone here. Nobody is helping me but and there's plenty of associates here, just ignoring me!I have a FedEx drop off. No one was at the counter when I came in, so I went to the photo lab where it says "FedEx drop off". The lady at the photo booth looked at me shockingly as if I didn't belong in that area. I told her I had a FedEx drop off. Saying nothing, she walked away and I followed. She walked me to front register and played on her phone in front of me for about three minutes, and then walked away. at five minutes later another associate walks up and looks at me and says, what are you doing up here? I said well, I thought she was helping me, but she just walked away. She said "well I don't know what that's about" and proceeded to help the man behind me who was also pretty irritated.I'll leave my feelings out of this one and let the reader decide.

The absolute worst Walgreens I've ever been to, and that includes all the Duane Reades from up north. The staff was completely rude and unhelpful and patronizing. The even denied my exchange. Wow, just wow. I'll never return to this location. Poorest representation of Walgreens I've ever seen. The sign out front always has a burnt out letter as well.

Incredibly friendly staff working in the pharmacy and the rudest young women up at the front registers. They're angry at the world.

No weekly ad. I get it the store is new (previously Eckerd/rite aid better than Walgreens) but every store has a flyer. Everything is switch around. What was really weird is that they have a passport photo portrait area in the last aisle why did they put in front of the store.--Some of their staff are nice (especially Leann) Lonnie & donna are alright expect for sang & Dianne (catches an attitude with customer), derrin (he doesn't like customer to save), and Diane (sometimes but had an issue with her when she work at rite aid South Park).

Wow what a dysfunctional organization and they are dealing with life saving medication. This deserves an investigation. People can’t get their medicine, nobody ever answers the phone, management does not respond to phone calls. This should be illegal. How can they be allowed to dispense medication if they don’t even answer the phone.

The last rite aid to become walgreens. The sad part is that they didn't keep this location as a rite aid until December after Thanksgiving. But kept the monroe location open longer. So long walgreens I won't shop there frequently

Some of the staff there are genuinely warm, friendly, welcoming and helpful. One of them again really impressed me today with those qualities. She remembered my dogs from a prior visit and asked about them with her usual friendly warmth. Her name is Lacole I think and I commend her. She's a great asset to Walgreens.Speaking of my dogs, on a different note I also appreciate that I can bring in my leashed, well-behaved dogs when I walk there to buy something. Thank you Walgreens!

The pharmacy staff has always been helpful and courteous to me. I appreciate that. I have NEVER been to the pharmacy here that there hasn't been a line down the aisle. It's a FOREVER wait. It is not the fault of the staff. It is the fault of Walgreens for not offering enough incentive to have enough staff to make it work in a timely fashion.

I come to this Walgreens every single month /live in the Southpark neighborhood to rely on it.Walgreens is notorious for giving every day people trouble with their scripts but that hasn’t been the case for me here. This pharmacy has filled everything for me from my thyroid prescription, to painkillers when I needed them for my uterus, to anything that anyone would feel would be "hard to fill" at this Walgreens.Walgreens has made peace with the fact that they know that any legitimate prescription needs to be filled. They (the techs and pharmacists) aren’t here to argue, and it seems like they’re finally changing their reputation about filling what your Dr prescribes, when there’s too much bureaucracy within medicine already. They will call your doctor for you at this Walgreens. They have Covid and flu shots. They even still take valid paper scripts.I also just want to give thanks to people like Carly and other people who work at Walgreens, who go out of their way to make sure that even though they’re overworked, underpaid, and work 24 hours a day at the store (this one is 24 hours), they are truly here to help.
