This is for online orders Walmart and sunsanly are working together to take peoples money they don't honor the prices on their websites and you can't get in touch with anyone when you need to especially Chris W customer service says they can't help so beware ordering from website they gote good. This place sucks. The whole self check out push is going to make this company fill just like other companies. If you haven't noticed a lot of the locations such as Dollar General or actually removing self check out because of the ridiculousness of it. I rarely shop at Walmart, but 100% of the time when I go I have a bad experience mostly because of this. I think it's time for companies like Walmart to fill and crash and burn. They put so many mom and Pop companies out of business and they don't bring any value to society. They pay ridiculously low wages and make billions of dollars how about we start making the Waltons rich

I tried to call and ask for a frozen cake .. they switched lines on me 3 times..if they don't want to do their job they should just quit...save yourself some time go to Harris teeter or food Lion .

If it says yall open @ 6am... u should OPEN AT 6. Hire more workers & stop using skeleton crews. Not the workers fault. This needs to be fixed by managers and corporate.

Their curbside pickup service is pathetic. I have made to keep waiting for 45 minutes and people who came after me picked up much before me. Not one or two people but 10s of epople picked up before me who came later.There is no negative stars so i have to give them atleast 1 but they don’t deserve it.Quality of food and vegitables are poorer than any grocery store. Most of the time they are out of supplies, you would never find anything fresh.

Visiting the Charlotte area. Had to grab some items. This was a very spacious and clean Walmart both times I went in. They have a nice soul food restaurant and huge parking!

What they don't tell you is that the store closes at 11, but the electronics department closes at 10. So if you need a replacement cable after 10 pm, you're out of luck. No wonder retail is in crisis -- even if the store has the item you need, they might not be able to sell it to you.

There are certain managers that are working here that are in need of self evaluation. Instead of talking down on employees when short staffed why not help out. That's what's wrong people now it cost $0.00 to be kind. At least people showing up for work. People become a lead or a supervisor and forget to help out. That's how your store becomes a mess. Poor management skills.

Worse Walmart ever. Straight trash. Pharmacy says they have medicine in but whenever I go it's never available. I drive 15 mins out of the way to go to other pharmacies even though this one is 5 mins from my house. Will never catch me at this Walmart again. ZERO stars

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Everything is locked up in this store & they have no one around to unlock any of them. I've only been to this location twice but both times I've waited over 45 minutes for someone with a key it's ridiculous!!!!!! Walmart should be ashamed. I'm never returning to this location, honestly Walmart is a last resort these days hate this place! Then some adult with a bad attitude helps. what a joke!

they say you can do manual ebt but still need your card if I had my card I wouldn't need to do manual need to get food they wouldn't let me I have my Id and everything they need to worrie more about mf stealing then anything this place sucks so dose the service everyone act like they have attitudes.
