What an awful experience. I haven't had to go to a store like this in some time and now remember why I stay away from Walmart. Terrible customer service and completely incompetent employees.

i have had bad experiences with some rude individuals that work at this walmart but overall i keep coming back because the twins that work here are sweet and wonderful young men. whatever they get paid they need a raise.

Called this morning several times to ask a general question. No one picked up the first 2 times. The 3rd time someone put me on hold but never came back. Took a little break. Called back to have a young lady repetitively say "ace hardware how can I help you?" without even giving me a chance to speak. I hung up. I've worked at a Walmart before it literally takes a second to get to a phone.

It seems like nowadays Walmarts are just a hit or miss kind of situation either it's good customer service and you can buy the products that you know you're already going to buy and you had on your merry way home after standing in the line for 45 minutes or you're completely miserable the entire time you're there and you leave with the same products that you were going to buy anyway after standing in line for 45 minutes

Great experience in regards to the pharmacy! Gorge, Ali and Kristen all went above and beyond. I had forgotten my insurance card and Gorge took the time to help find it via his internal system, he was unsuccessful so Kristen stepped in and was a great teacher, helped him find the information and then explained to me how to find it within a few different apps on my phone. Later when it was time to pick up the medication I realized one of my new daily medications was very expensive, $150.. the pharmacist was so kind to direct me to the medication's website so that I could download a coupon which took $100 off, and not just once but every month when I pick up the script. I was surprised last week, the doctor told me this neighborhood market had a good pharmacy but now I understand. I will definitely be picking up future medications here. Awesome customer service!

Hubby went in to use the restroom and was going to shop. He said the bathroom was SO NASTY!!! Clean it up!!!
