Doctors are always very nice but the customer service lady dealing with ordering glasses… Yasmine? Y’all can do without her attitude and unwillingness to help. I rather deal with the older lady’s so I will be calling before I come this time. Unfortunately this is the closest Walmart to me.

I had a very good experience with the dr and Carla, but the Hispanic woman in the Optics department was not very welcoming. She was not willing to help and She looked very mean and Like she didn’t want to be there.

Really bad customer service. The person who serves at the counter is very rude. This treatment is unfortunate and even worse with people who speak Spanish. I do not recommend it!!!!!

Not the best. I came in for an eye check up and they made a prescription that does not work for me. When I got my glasses I had continual eye strain after wearing them for days. I came in and asked to be rescheduled for a second eye check up. Which was happily complimentary. But they would not be able to see me for the next 2 weeks. I needed my glasses fixed as soon as possible due to extended travel and had to go to another eye doctor and pay for the eye check up without insurance in order to fix my prescription. It is my expectation that when somebody else makes a mistake that they have to pay for it and that they attempt to fix their mistakes as a high priority. They are fixing their mistake for free but this is the least I expect from a company, that they fix their mistakes. Walmart Vision Center does not fix its mistakes well. I was obliged to spend a few hours of work and time on my part trying to solve the problem and also paying for an eye visit with another doctor to fix the prescription. Walmart visitors center should focus more on its customers by ensuring a better experience to those affected by their mistakes.

After spending $300 for over priced glasses at a popular vision center and this is with insurance and receiving the wrong prescription twice. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and gave this place a shot. The Dr. At Walmart vision center Was kind and patient and took the time to explain everything to me. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident with the prescription and contacts before letting me walk out the office. ?Not to mention there was no wait time due to overlooking like at the other place. I don't even know why I didn't think about Walmart in the first place. Grate place and great staff. ??
