Febreze is disgusting. The males at my work blow up the bathroom and then spray an excessive amount. Find a better scent.

There must be at least 13 or more self check out and about three cashiers. Yet all but five self check outs are opened and the lines for the cashier are overflowing. Someone needs to do something about this because there are a lot of other supermarkets in the neighborhood and Walmart really isn't that cheap!

They need to better train the people at the self-checkout station. I went with 14 products and an employee made me go to the register to pay, even though I counted the products. I'm a regular customer at this establishment and I imagine that because of the tracking, they know I'm incapable of taking something without paying for it.

Checkout lines are always incredibly long at this walmart for some reason. I mean literally blocking the main walkways. I got in one line just to be told that lane was now closed. At that point I just left my cart and walked out. Be prepared to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes in a checkout line.

I find myself coming to this Walmart location sometimes, and like the previous customer said, the lines *do* be hella long. 😅 But here’s a little secret—they actually have more self-checkout registers hidden away, and they don’t tell people about them? Yikes. You kinda have to find them yourself. Once I did, it was smooth sailing.
Other than that, I found everything I needed and was in and out. Here are some items I picked up with prices
Not bad overall—just wish they’d make the extra self-checkouts easier to spot! 🛒

I had a terrible experience with Walmart’s grocery delivery service today. My order got was supposed to be delivered between 1-3 PM, but by 4:30 PM, I still had no updates. When I finally called customer service, I was shocked to be told that the driver had stolen my order—yet no one had contacted me about it.
I requested that my order be reissued via express delivery since I needed my groceries, not a refund. However, when I spoke with manager Jocelyn, she dismissed my concerns and said there was nothing she could do. Moments after our call was disconnected, I received an email stating my order had been canceled, despite her previously claiming that wouldn’t happen because “she could do nothing”.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. There was zero communication, no effort to correct the issue, and a complete lack of accountability. If Walmart cannot ensure safe and reliable grocery deliveries, they should reconsider offering the service. I have since canceled my subscription and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Staff is not friendly. Customer service was cases at 5:50pm for not enough staff. Lots of staff were blocking isles with inventory they were trying to stock ( this is not the 1st time for this).

Good prices, horrible lines! Saturday morning only 3 self-checkout outs and 1 line with a cashier were available. Insane!!

I have to share my disappointment with Walmart experiences as of late. As someone that has shopped with them for over 30 years, I am shocked at the high prices and lack of solid customer service given today. I found beef prices close to grass fed organic prices at Whole Foods or Harris Teeters. How is this possible? Walmart was the place to go for more affordable and quality shopping. I am not sure what happened over the decades DEI, COVID, or supply chain. America used to supply most of our beef. If still the case, why such high prices? We're in the same country. Someone "make it make" sense. In addition, why is there such a lack of customer service? Personnel or staff all seem angry, unmotivated, and uninspired. I started my work journey in retail at 16. I was always friendly and helpful to customers, no matter what. Customers are the ones paying my salary. When feeling appropriately served, they spend more and send others, which means increased profits and raises. So, why are the current staffers lacking in service acumen? This to me is a leadership issue. Yes, retail has a high turnover rate. That too boils down to leadership and employment practices. I'll have to limit my future shopping at Walmart. Solid customer service and reasonable prices will keep me shopping at any retailer. Once gone, so am I.

Difficult to get assistance with products behind glass, might as well skip anything locked up unless you want to waste 30 min of your life.
