Very rude employees, constantly complaining, and when I ask them for help they never seem like they want too. All I see the employees do is play on their phones or complain about working there. Needless to say I won't be visiting this store again.

I just experienced the worst of the worst customer service while I was at the self checkout. A short dark haired Asian/Mexican /whatever she was female was so rude to me. I walked up to the self checkout area unaware of the time. I had been in the very back where the cleaning products/pet supplies are and I could barely hear the lady over the speaker say the time and closing info. A guy employee told me it was checkout time and as soon as he told me I went straight to the front. When I walked up this female employee started running her mouth about the time, what I was wearing and how many groceries I had in my buggy. I should have just left right then and let them put everything back up but I couldn't because my family needed the food. I spent $224 and I did self checkout & bagged every single item myself. Not one employee offered to help me at all. When I finished paying, not one employee said thank you or have a good night,,, I swear, there were 8 employees standing there staring at me and nobody said anything to me, not a thank you one. As I got to the locked door the security guard told me thanks and to have a nice night. I told him what had happened. I am so mad right now that I am sitting in the parking lot putting up this review. I will NEVER SHOP AT THIS WALMART STORE AGAIN. I have never been so mistreated in my entire life. I hope they fire her. I can't believe that Walmart hired such a hateful person who thought it was fun to say mean things to a customer while her friend employees stood there and laughed. I will call corporate tomorrow, this is not the end of being mistreated by employees while you're being checked out. They should be ashamed!!!

Items are always out of stock. Store is a mess, employees are rude as hell and not helpful at all.
And what’s the point of having all these registers and self checkouts if only 1/4 of them are open. I dread coming into this place.

This place is reckless people parking in handicap spots with no stickers just so their cars will stay safe security does not even care. There's a guy riding around in a wheelchair with a ball cap on turned around backward he would come between the men's clothing items sitting there staring everywhere as I was at I would see him and then he'd take off it is more than a dozen times I noticed the same person just riding around staring security is desperate they'll do anything there to keep a person from taking just beware of the wheelchair security guard when I was leaving the store I saw him get up and walk around outside as if he tried to disappear nothing's wrong with him he's just trying to fool people very disgusting

Worst Wal-Mart I have ever shopped. Stood at case with vacuum seal bags for at least 15 minutes waiting on a associate to unlock it, which she was very nice. Everything out of place, it looked like a bargain warehouse, and I lso heard an associate talking about a man being in the women's restroom. I will avoid this Wal-Mart from now on if I can. Employees were very nice though.

I always dread this Walmart, even though it’s so close to home.. The inventory is not updated states they have items then when you get there, there are nowhere to be found. The Walmart is not really clean and the lines are always crazy. Today I went to return some items and the customer service associate had a very nasty attitude saying how can I help you with a real bad attitude… I get they are underpaid and under worked but I also work in customer service myself and I get burnout is real dealing with the public trust me i know but when someone is nice and respectful and tells you that I hope you have a great day and is very nice don’t treat that person that’s nice mean and rude and nasty I said I hope you have a great day she said “unhuh” like I was such a bother .. I’m good far as visiting this Walmart today put the icing on the cake for me.

The employees are the worst! How can you be the only person in line in customer service and have to wait near 30 mins and nobody help you? Meanwhile you have employees just lazing around not helping anyone. I left my return there. This Walmart is ratched and ghetto! Avoid!

If you’re a truck driver, don’t think that you’re going to overnight park here. They will have your truck booted with out warning and then you’ll have to pay $1200 to get them removed. I took the $350 worth of stuff I bought and returned it. Screw Walmart, never spend another dime here.
