They are running low on everything and unless you go there at 6 or 7 am you will not get a disability cart. Ugh. They no longer have the cheesecakefactory cheesecake, edwards turtle pie nor blue bunny ice cream butter pecan, carmenl and praline...very disappointing 😞

At 1045I tried to enter the store just needing dog food, and I was stopped by the manager named Tianna and was very unprofessionally/rudely told I was not allowed to enter because they were closed. Since when is 1045 the same as 11? This employee was out of line, it would be one thing if she was respectful And polite but she was very rude to the point of being mean to me and my child who just needed some wet food for my pup would've been checked out and got well before the actual time of closing 11pm. This employee should not ever be face to face with customers, the way she spoke to me in front of my child and the profanity she used, along with her aggressive attitude which scared my child to the point of crying, shes lucky she still has her teeth in her mouth.

Your products and quality is great but your prices are VERY expensive, yet your profits soar...why?

This Walmart is very well stocked, heavy on security, and they got rid of the Subway which is sad. Parking here is a nightmare and the clearance plants are actually pretty expensive, which is weird because they are often dead, and I’m only trying to buy them to try to bring them back to life. The Arboretum is known for being a dangerous place, but I’ve never really faced any trouble there other than the smell.

Since they withdrew their DEI policy I'm not interested in supporting this business or it's affiliates. I will only go in for very small purchases and only if I can't find what I need at a better store with inclusive policies for their employees and customers.

Waited for a return that was ready on my phone. 2 employees walked right by me that could have helped and didn’t even address me. One person commented that the person for customer service hasn’t shown up and so it may be 30 minutes or so. I asked if there was a manager that could help with the return and they couldn’t find a manager. The lack of customer service and even decency to acknowledge a person waiting was appalling. Took less than a minute once a person came to assist me. I waited almost 20 minutes. So disappointed that with the remodeling they did they did not do any customer service training. I will be avoiding this Walmart!

The grocery area is much better with the remodel, but other areas have less selection now. I guess they had to reduce inventory/floor space of everything else to make the food fit. Also, awful set up with the self check out. Nothing but a tiny shelf to place items on and no room in the bagging area. Really need to install the setup that Walmart on Galleria has, give people room to actually scan their items and bag them.

I came in through the garden area and picked up quite a bit on my way to the grocery section. I asked an employee, David, where to get a cart.He told me where to go but rather have me look for one he gave me the one he was using I appreciated his help and his wonderful customer service?
