This is a vulgar company.Wells Fargo CEO, Charlie Scharf is selling fake H1B visas and Green Cards whoever did illegal things for him in exchange for their services.Wells Fargo CEO actively covering up multi billion dollar scandal as Wells Fargo managers opening fake contracts that are not required to move the money out and share that money with Vendors like Apex Systems, K-Force, Randstad, Collebara, Insight Global.One student from Randstnd who did stalking for Wells Fargo in exchange for his Career settlement and Green Card for his stalking services.One immigrant who assaulted for Wells Fargo they sponsored through K-Force for his criminal services and they moved him from Charlotte to Raleigh and hired him as a Full time employee in the name of Equal Employment Opportunity.This is a Vulgar company!!!!!!!!!

No one works here. It took forever for someone to attend. When I was finally taken care, they still took forever for a exchange of currency.

I recently went into the branch after I lost my wallet . After an unhappy bout with a teller Ms. Washington came up and asked about what was going on . After hearing she said that she would come out sit down with me and help me . Over an hour later 5 minutes before closing time Ms. Washington was still busy helping me and smiling and polite the whole time . It by far was the best banking experience of my life . Ms . Washington was the absolute best ever for her service and attitude ! Ty ty.

Worst bank I have ever had. EVER… finally today I closed all my accounts and moved my finances elsewhere. I would not recommend Wells Fargo to anyone unless you want accounts opened in your name you didn’t create and money stolen from your account.

This Uptown Charlotte location does NOT keep Euros in stock? In the 2nd largest banking location in the US! Ironic that they have a digital exchange board at this location though. Thoroughly disappointed!

I was upset when I arrived and had to ask the manager to put on a mask when he opened the door for me. Tellers sitting with no mask but as the manager said-they were 6 feet apart. Unbelievable.

I cannot believe you can only get a wire transfer by appointment only. The bank is open and NO customers are in the lobby but they say "you would have to make an appointment". I told them to write a cashiers check to Bank of America for ALL of my money and then all of a sudden they can get the wire transfer done for me. Hmmm. still taking my business elsewhere. BTW customer service for the hour before i went to the branch was no help. They said every bank in the area was booked with appointments. I decided to just drive to the bank....AGAIN not one customer in the branch when I arrived.

We have a service work truck that is very large and can't get through many of their drive thru's so when I walk up call the number on their door to make other arrangements (like they told me to do) they take forever answering the phone and so when I walk up to the drive thru they ask where's my car I go to tell them about having a huge service vehicle and can't get thru they still don't act like they want to help me at all. If there's going to be a shut down of your lobby due to coronavirus you need to make provisions for customers with big service vehicles
