I've seen better customer service at a Wendy's. When you walk in, people scowl at you and it seems like you have inconvenienced them with your presence. When I tried to use the restroom I was told that there are "no public restrooms" as if I was a homeless person walking in off the street. People in line nodded at me and rolled there eyes as if to say "this is what it's like here". The man tried to tell me "It's a secure area" - while bathroom is in clear site with no doorways blocking access, what is secure about that? Are they guarding Charmin 2 ply? Rude staff was too busy to see someone looking to open up an account - I am SO glad I saw it before I opened up an account and got stuck here. These guys are the McDonalds ice-cream machine of banking!

Terrific service over and over again! I’m waiting in line right now behind several other people… only 1 cashier and she’s been busy on the phone for the past 10 minutes. No movement at all…

Poor neighbors. Very limited parking in our neighborhood. Even though they own enough parking for at least 4 banks, they allow no parking for restaurants that are in the same lot. Would never bank there. Hateful, sarcastic employee sitting outside in her car. Her statement "can't you read signs?"

Horrible Customer Service, I made an Appointment and have been waiting almost 40 minutes so far. They have one Teller and one Banker, this $hit is raggedy

Bank is old and run down looking. The clerk that took my check, tried talked down to me about depositing it in the atm when I wanted it in my account that day. They were wrong cause they had to change the deposit date at the counter. Very unprofessional and bad atmosphere.

I called to schedule an appointment and they suggested I go online to make an appointment. When you go online, there are no available appointments. It makes no sense. When you show up, they say they can possibly take you if an appointment doesn't show up. But you are out of luck if they do. They were very nice, but it seems like their systems and procedures need some work.

I have been served very well at this branch. I had a situation that occurred due to my fault and they totally took care of me. I know Wells Fargo has had much bad press, but I have always been well taken care of by them all over the USA.

This is possibly the worst managed location I've ever been to. They closed the entire bank thus preventing people from being able to access their safe deposit boxes. The only way you can access your safe deposit box is by booking an appointment via the phone or email. When you call the phone no one answers, even though the bank is closed with no customers inside or outside. When you send an email to book an appointment they tell you that it will take 3-5 business days for a response, which by then you will have to wait another 5-10 just to have a day scheduled. I needed important papers for my house and a car sale which I cannot access now because they're holding my safe hostage which I pay 100 dollars a year for.I still don't understand the logic behind closing the entire branch for health safety when none of the employees there were wearing any masks. Also, if one customer comes in for an appointment and he has covid then there will be a domino effect, same goes for an employee who might be a carrier. Do not do business in this location. Avoid this location at all costs and go to another location or an entirely new bank if need be.

I tried to access my safe deposit box today and because of COVID 19 - this branch is closed. I pay $60 a year for access to this box 5 days a week. The only thing that was posted about safe deposit box was to call another branch's number. They proceeded to tell me that I could only access my box on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Why is that not posted on the door? I'm trying to sell my vehicle today and will be unable to because of this. Wells Fargo, do better.

It STILL baffles me that you cannot get a money order via drive through! What’s so hard about allowing customers to send their card and identification to a teller through the available compartment and giving me a money order for the desired amount...AT THE WINDOW?!?!?!? Not to mention they charge a BOGUS $5 fee to put MY money on a piece of paper! I just don’t understand this! And for those reasons I will be closing my account VERY soon.

So, I thought that 1:30pm on a Tuesday would be a great time to come here. Nope, I was wrong. haha. I couldn't get over how busy they were. As we all waited in line, the manager personally came up to each person and apologized for the wait. He wasn't just BSing either, he was sincere. He was all over it, talking to people in line. Thanking those at the counter for being patient. Great customer service. It actually didn't take all that long for me to get to the counter. I needed to get a money order for an event permit. Miriam was incredibly nice and helpful. I felt bad because my debit card had expired and I didn't even realize it. Fail. She took care of me and also let me know that I could change my checking account to a preferred one (it waves the fees for money orders and checks). I didn't have time to wait and set that up this day, but she got approval from the manager to waive the fee any way on this transaction. I don't go the bank all that often, but this will definitely be my go-to branch now after a great experience.
