This bank shares a dividing wooden fence between it and the convenience store next door. Adjacent to the drive-up ATM, the fence suspiciously has planks removed, allowing access to the driver customer. I've contacted the convenience store and they claim no responsibility and I have contacted the bank who claims no responsibility. This area can be seedy at times and it's remarkable the bank hasn't address this safety issue. Whether the fence belongs to the bank or not, the opening endangers the bank customer. Therefore, Wells Fargo should have taken care of this sometime ago. I know this opening has been there at least a year. I guess this Wells Fargo's lack of action, reflects their concern for their customers. That theory will be confirmed, if I still see that opening, that allows access to a drive-up customer, 30 days after this post.

Some employees basically discriminated me because of how much money I wanted to withdraw from my bank. Instead of giving me the other option which was just writing me a check, she told me that she couldn’t proceed with my request because of the unusual activity that was going on in my bank that day. When the only activity that took place was me depositing money in my account. So I had to go to another bank, explained the same problem resolved and managed to get my money in a check. So clearly some employees don’t know the exact full rules within their position and when it comes to that type of problem.

Terrible service. No tellers available. Where is management.No one picks up phone. Business accounts need some kind of accommodations. Mr. Manager you need to fix this stop with excuses.

I wanted to pull cash out. The banker told me she couldn’t do it because she had to wait for things to be cleared. I went to the bank off morehead asked the banker at that location if I can withdraw, she did it for me with no issue. The fact that the banker at this location lied to me is crazy!!
