The staff is very nice and helpful, but the ATMs are often out of service for long periods of time. They have two and sometimes both are broken. When they work, they are great, allowing deposits of up to 200 bills.

I am a new customer. I went to this branch today to make an initial deposit. I was greeted when I walked in. There were no lines. It was a quick and pleasant transaction. I felt appreciated as a customer.

Slow! Slow! Slow! I’ve seen the DMV move faster. Stood in line for 30 minutes and got nowhere. Eventually I had to leave without getting anything done.

Went to the drive thru on 10/25 at 9:15am. Lady at the window seemed nice until she opened the deposit bag. I told her that I had two deposits and needed change in fives. She looked at the amounts and told me that I needed to come in “due to the large amounts” and also because she has other customers to tend to as if I wasn’t customer as well. There was myself and one other customer in line beside me. Seems as if I racially profiled. Very disappointed, will never visit this location ever again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Terrible customer service I come in to do a notary and here it is at 12:25 p.m. the notary is in the building but tells me he's leaving for the day but not offered to notarize the documents but he was in the building. If it was me I would have helped the customer hey but that's just me

Please fix your ATM machines!! This location that is the closest proximity to my house has two ATM machines one of which has been completely out of service for almost 5 months!!! And the other ATM machine is never accepting deposits!! This is extremely inconvenient especially because it’s been down so long.

ATM process is the slowest I have ever seen. The option for human interaction defeats the purpose of having an ATM labeled lane. Should never take 20 minutes to process four three cars.

The ABSOLUTE SLOWEST BANK IN CHARLOTTE. If there are two to three people in front of you at this drive through, plan on being there waiting for about 30 min or longer. I’m totally confused because the WF near Park Road has more bays, better customer service and it’s closed due to covid. So stupid.
