I went to this branch on 11/16/2025 to see a banker. They said everyone is busy and made me an appointment for 11/17/2025 at 2:30pm. I show up at the time of my appointment and there is a handwritten note on front door saying the branch is temporarily closed at this time. Doors locked and phones are not answered!
If timing and schedule is very important, my time and schedule also indeed is very important to myself.

I went at 4:10 pm to send a wire transfer and they said They couldn’t do it because it was almost closing time. I asked the cashier to do it for me and she said she can’t do it because she had 5 people in line and it was only her and another cashier. It was 3 bankers and only one was taking customers, others were at their phone. Really bad services.

Service provided to me today was phenomenal. From the Branch Manager (Mrs. Terrica) to the teller (Zaccheus M.) I really appreciated their professionalism the entire time I was being assisted and even before my turn. I noticed the branch was short staff but everyone received service in a respectful and mannerable time. Mrs. terrica thank you for showing why you were selected branch Manager…LOL and Zach thank you for showing why more banks need tellers like you. Both of you guys were awesome and again thank you both for your patience and support. Everyday may be a test, but you guys passed it today.

Clara and Sonya were absolutley a delight to work with. Sonya was welcoming from the moment I walked in and Clara was very knowledgable when it came to the different services offered. I had a great experience!

I have NEVER had a good experience at this location and today is no different. I rush over on a Saturday (because they say they are open until 12), walk up at 11:20, and they are closed! Me and three fellow patrons complain and all walk away saying that we need to switch banks because Wells Fargo IS NOTORIOUS FOR BEING HORRIBLE TO ITS CLIENTS!!
The employees are never pleasant to deal with at this location, the manager is rude and unprofessional. I WILL BE TAKING MY $ AND LEAVING WELLS FARGO. I need a bank that respects me and my time.

It's not human, but the staff doesn't provide service. There are 4-5 people taking care of the chat group. Later, I paid bank wages for free.

Just pulled up to the window and was told that the drive thru is not open right now meanwhile 3 employees were just standing around chit chatting in the back. Just drove to a completely new location down the street where I was greeted and service was quick.

Super understaffed. Tellers often don't know what they're doing. Long waiting time no matter if you go during peak hours or not.

The banker who helped me was nice but she made a mistake and needed my signature for an action. I’m willing to help but I work from 9 am to 7 pm and out of town after that for a week. The branch manager Terrica told me to be there at 8:30 and get it done right at the door. I was nice yes I’ll try and I was there 8:35. The bank OPENS at 9:00 jokes on me. Trying to fix their mistakes and waited in the car for 30 minutes late for work!!!! 8:30?!??? Thank you never come back to this branch!

The women assisting me not sure of her name but she was wearing all pink, anyways I am an international student I have no SSN I have my passport and my f-1 visa which is in my passport. I was told they are considered one form of ID so she told me to bring my card for the bank I already opened. I came back she said she can't help cause my passport is in arabic??! You already took a look at it why did you make me come back then. BTW the passport was not just Arabic it had English too racist much??? She had a nasty attitude as soon as I told her I wasn't a US citizen. In conclusion I would only reccomend this place if respectful customer service isn't that important to you.
