The women assisting me not sure of her name but she was wearing all pink, anyways I am an international student I have no SSN I have my passport and my f-1 visa which is in my passport. I was told they are considered one form of ID so she told me to bring my card for the bank I already opened. I came back she said she can't help cause my passport is in arabic??! You already took a look at it why did you make me come back then. BTW the passport was not just Arabic it had English too racist much??? She had a nasty attitude as soon as I told her I wasn't a US citizen. In conclusion I would only reccomend this place if respectful customer service isn't that important to you.

My God, what a bad experience I just had in this place. I made an appointment to open a business account. The representative treated me very racist, my brother and I are American citizens and we had to leave without being able to open an account. I have been in the US for over 19 years and I have never been treated this way, this is unacceptable

understaffed, long wait times and they act like we have all day to wait for them. I don't recommend coming here. They respond with "thanks for the feedback" but never take it. I sometimes go here only because its the nearest wells fargo near me.

It's sad I work right beside it so I had to go to it this morning and there was only one cashier.The cashier was nice but the wait was so long with a line behind me ?

Same experience as others have recently posted. Insufficiently staffed. Agent that assisted me was not pleasant and probably should not be in any customer-facing position. This location (office staff) used to be good when it was First Union, then Wachovia and shortly after the transition to Wells Fargo. Now, I would advise against going inside for assistance.

The entire corporation of Wells Fargo Bank deserves less than a one star on every level. I worked there from 2013 through 2015. There is no way I deserved to lose my job. I came down with the flu, and when I returned to work they tried to manipulate a warning against me and assigned a specific White Male to bring about a fabricated issue. It did not work because God gave me the wisdom to know it. Had I not faxed over my medical information through the proper company process then the company would have been able to use their little 'gang-stalker' against me. On a different occasion, a now Team Lead/Ron, came over to my desk and moved my bra strap from my shoulder to put it in the right place. That l**** never should have touched me. Even though I wore a shawl the shawl rolled off my shoulder while I was on the phone w/a customer and that is when he intervened. Another issue is a Supervisor, Jessica, created a hostile work environment against me, and then implicated me into her lying story for something that happened on a Friday in September that I was not a part of. It was her whole tactic to get rid of me..... Listen there is a ton more.... At any rate, Jessica caused Amy to call me from Wisconsin or somewhere to send me home on paid admin leave. Those issues created against me came directly from those Satanic people. They are as God has stated in the scriptures: deceptive, manipulative, liars of the world. Know this Wells Fargo deserves to be closed down on every level. They handled me in a crooked way and sent their mob against this 'one person' (me) as if I deserved it. I did not deserve any of it and it has cause a multitude of oppression. There's so much more. I have little time today.... I am writing a book on the issue.

I didn’t realize this place had a low star-rating, because every time I visit I get great service! Today was especially astounding, with Emily B assisting me and being both a banker/advisor to me, but also a friend. Amazing customer service on her part!!! So long as you have an appointment and your information ready to go, you will be all set. Bad reviews are mainly about wait-times, but it’s because people don’t have appointments or don’t do their homework beforehand. Not the bank’s/employees’ fault(s). Thank you again, Emily!

I almost drove to a different location because of the terrible reviews, but I had a pleasant experience today. They are short-staffed, so I waited about 5 minutes. Luke was professional and quick. I observed his de-escalation of a difficult conversation with an upset customer with poise and by recommending solutions.Tip: If you need to speak to a banker, reserve an appointment. They only had one today, and he was completely booked.

Very understaffed. Lobby stayed full for well over an hour, only two "bankers" which could assist. Staff apoeared to not stager lunch times leaving bank empty of staff equipped to handle business. They recomended going to another branch but when you yourself use lunch to handle emergencies its kind of difficult.

I walked into this branch at 12 noon of 06/24/2022 to open a team member savings account. I skipped lunch for this. Personal Banker Shumbriar told me there was no banker at this branch who could open a savings account for me and I would have to go to a different branch.I told her that was “disappointing to hear”. She turned around and walked away.I’m ashamed of the service my own company offers here!If I could give this branch 0 stars I would.
