Went by bank today only to be told they did not have personal bankers present to help with situation. Poor management, you let ALL of your people off, thus impacting service. This has happen before, only now I'm posting about it.

I see why people don't deal with Wells fraud ha! These people are a mess I opened an account online it was opened just to be closed because they said it was fraud I was using someone's social bahahah I said huh they tell me oh your social is being used by 3 different people come to find out o had 2 other addresses I said what how can someone use my social under a different name they had no info. Smdh! Told me to fix it they will reopen it no thanks i will never open up or try to get an account with them

Dinorah was excellent, she processed my wire transfer quickly and was very nice. She also helped me order a replacement atm card. I truly enjoyed my experience at this bank.

I opened a business account at this particular branch and in comparison to branches in New York, this particular location pales in comparison. Considering that Charlotte is supposed to be the 'hub' with regard to this bank, it falls short with regard to timely and efficient service.

Unlike our friendly local Bank of America where platinum preferred plus (whatever they call the highest consumer customer tier) gets to go to the front of the line, being the highest customer tier at Wells Fargo doesn't help you avoid the wait. Waiting here easily 20 minutes to get seen. We just want to make our last minute Roth IRA contribution. They apologized but they don't have nearly the perks for the big consumer customers. I bet business customers get the fancy service. It also very noisy in here with very little privacy for most the folks opening and servicing accounts.

My wife and I love Wells Fargo bank. Very polite, knowledgable people, great hours, the kind of bank everyone hopes for. My wife loves it so much, she got a job there!
