I would encourage area small business owners to consider other options for their banking needs and a true business banking relationship. While staff is certainly polite and makes valiant attempts to assist, any positive experience ends there.

Anytime I need more than a simple deposit I swear they act like I’ve asked them to grow another head. I’ve been with Wells for 19 years and this location is right next to me. I just wish someone there would actually care about the people that use their bank. Go anywhere else save yourself the headache.

Went to this branch for the first time. They held my check for the first time in the five years that I have had a Wells Fargo account. I called a supervisor at Wells Fargo Customer service, they said it was to the discretion of the banker to clear it or not. What does that even mean? Ive cashed and deposited checks so many times, without a hitch. Somehow this crap hole managed to mess up everything I needed to do. You guys SUCK! Will be closing account ASAP!
